The representative was very easy to work with. She was pleasant ad could easily discuss any questions or concerns. The set up and testing of the unit was simple and efficient. The receivers of our call were very pleasant and efficient,
Sales specialist was pleasant and informative when I called him back for the original order. Activation was easy and the specialist was enthusiastic and answered my questions. Good service and purchased this system after reading online reviews and comparisons.
My initial call was pleasantly handled. The representative I spoke to was extremely helpful, very personable and very knowledgeable about the product. I was already prepared to pay for the most expensive unit when this representative stated that the cheapest unit would work best for us due to our location. I just received my alert system yesterday so I can't address many issues other than the sales rep.Michael Allford was so pleasant and helpful and the package arrived in 2 days as promised.
We received the Wireless Medical Guardian in about a week and it was very easy to setup. It was very easy in testing both the wristband and wireless part of the system to make sure that the alarms were received and the communications back thru the device works well.
This is the first medical alert system I have had so I don't have any comparisons. I didn't realize I would need to carry the unit with me. I appreciate the case to hold the unit. It weighs heavy to pack in my pocket.
The sales person was very pushy. I generally take more time evaluating my options but ended up purchasing the system because he gave me a good deal.

I recently purchased/subscribed to Medical Guardian. I was impressed by the cordial sales person on the phone. Also the fact that I could rent for as little as 3 months/
It was simple to activate. and use. Looks like a fine option.
They are very helpful in understanding what is best for my needs. The unlimited calls is beneficial for what we need so that my mother does not hesitant to test the button as well as call of she has any concerns.
