Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. I have only had Medical Guardian for a short time and totally satisfied with it. I have not had to use it for any reason yet and am happy about that. However, the big negative I have with the system, and this is what caused only 4 stars and not the 5, is that it takes to long, IMHO, to answer a call. If you can get this to be faster, especially since it is an emergency notification system, I would be more then happy to give you a 5 star rating. I will and do recommend it to family and friends.

Equipment arrived promptly. Setup was simple. One complication, use a cell phone when activating if the land line phone is not at the base station location. Initial attempt to activate resulted in a long hold and I was requested to leave a phone number. Got a call back 36 hours later! when I was out of state and could not access the base unit. On returning, called and started the process again. Call was answered promptly and this was the point when I found it was necessary to continue on a cell phone. Gave the agent my number and did not get a call back for 40 minutes. Finally, called again, got a new agent and went thru the process and tested all buttons, This went smoothly as it... Read More

I greatly appreciated the information and assistance I received from Jason Rosengrant. I have been offered other medical alert systems but turned them down because I could not get information that made me feel secure with miy lifestyle. I am 66 years old and am a Jailer for the local county jail. I also have MS. I just do not have time to have emergencies, but I am realistic. Accidents happen and I do fall. The unit arrived defective and has not yet been replaced. Had to make numerous calls to find out that the unit did not work. At first it was told that I had problems with my line before finally admit the unit was faulty. Over two hours on the phone chasing my tail - answering the same questions over and over again.
