So very pleased with my Medical Guardian product. The help from the Customer Service Rep. to set up the product was extremely helpful. It gives me peace of mind to know that, if needed, help is available.

Kathy Moore was great. She answered all my questions and was very helppful. I bought your service because of her and the fair price.
So far so good. However, one complaint (that was resolved) with a supervisor. Sales person gave incorrect info about when the start date was vs. date of billing. Had to request to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor said they needed to review the recording to verify my position. After about an hour, she called me back. I was right. She provided satisfactory compensation. Listen to recording with supervisor. That is biggest complaint I see as unfair to customers. Even if argument is minimal cost, then company should bear cost.
I looked at several similar products, but settled on this one because of the price, excellent customer service reviews, price, GPS, and fall detection. I ordered the Premium Guardian. Very simple to set up. The people I talked to during set up were courteous and helpful. I use the belt clip and wear it on my waist band. Learned by trial and error the best placement. If placed in front, you tend to hit the button if you lean up against the kitchen counter. Easy to cancel call if pushed by accident. I found that the Guardian was very easy to set up and the associates were very helpful. I will recommend the Guardian to my friends and family in the future. Thank you for a very necessary product.
The agent I ordered from was very professional and easy to communicate with. The system arrived much sooner than I expected and the setup was very simple and easy to do. I really liked that I did not have to purchase the hardware and then pay a monthly fee as seemed to be required by other makers of these type of systems. In addition to not having to pay for the hardware, their monthly subscription fee is also lower than some of the others out there. I highly recommend this system to anyone who has need of such a system.
I just received my new device and I am impressed with the ease of getting started and the help I have received from them. I have fall detection and while IK have not fallen but have dropped the unit and help was there immediately. I was with another company for 5+years and no comparison this new unit has provided. I contacted Medical Guardian to get information on your product and I spoke to Robin Seargent. He was extremely helpful and I felt it was a no pressure but informative conversation. He followed up with me a couple days later and again I felt no pressure but appreciated the follow up. Based on your consumer ratings and the great customer service, we decided to choose Medial Guardian for my mom. We received the items in less than one week and it was super easy to hook up and connect with a test call. My mom feels much safer now when she is home alone, especially in the shower. My siblings and I are resting easy knowing she has a reliable product in the event of an emergency. Thank you!
Mom received her unit yesterday. We called to do the activation, and the service representative was very helpful and patient. She answered our questions and the activation went smoothly and quickly. Mom like the idea of having both the necklace and the bracelet.
