Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. I ordered the service for my 87 year old mother. She refuses to wear anything around her neck and didn't want anything bulky on her arm. She agreed to try this unit because of the wrist band, which is like wearing a watch. I tested the unit and the response was quick. I ordered 2 day shipping and it came on time. The code was missing for the lock box so I called customer service. He could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Within a few minutes, everything was ready to go. I have tried other services, but selected this one because of its high ratings. I'm glad I did.

My first experience was great and the voice on the other end was very helpful. The last experience, not so much. I got called early in the morning around 6AM. I was told my mother had activated her alarm but was fine. The woman on line told we she had followed protocol and called the ambulance. I asked her again if my mother was hurt if she said she was all right. There was what sounded like a loud sigh and I was told the ambulance had been called (I was left with the impression that the operator was irritated that I would ask again). I ordered Medical guardian as I was having surgery & would be recovering alone at home. Fortunately I have not needed to use the service as my recovery was quick & uneventful.

The Medical Guardian system is the TOP rated medical alert system that is on the market today. Initially, I had purchased the ADT medical alert system but I soon discovered that I had made a mistake. The ADT Corporation specializes in HOME SECURITY, not medical alert systems. Their customer service is poor and they overcharge for their service. I promptly cancelled my subscription before the end of my 30 day free trial period. Now that I am a Medical Guardian customer, I feel more secure, especially when I travel away from home. My mom has fallen twice with no one around. I did some research and decided on Medical Guardian. Now that she has this system in place not only does she feel more secure but the family can go about their day confident she will get immediate help if ever needed. She accidentally pushed the call button on her necklace and we got to experience the process live. Thanks for the excellent customer service with connecting the device.
