I've had a wonderful buying and activation experience with Medical Guardian. My Senior Safety Consultant, Kathy Moore, was very helpful in selecting the device to best meet my needs. She has a lovely personality and throughout the process I felt she answered all my questions honestly and with my best interest in mind. Ry helped me with activation. He was patient and thoroughly reviewed everything I needed to know to insure that my device would be in reliable working order. I look forward to feeling connected and safe with my Medical Guardian System.
My unit arrived so quickly that I was astonished. It is my second try, the first, (another company)was too bulky to wear around my neck. This premium unit is only slightly smaller but it has a clip for pockets, etc and that is how I wear it. I could hear the operator clearly when I activated it, so I assumed it will be there for me when I need it
I think that the instructions given me for the installation of the medical guardian system were very well done. I also feel much safer now that I wear my medical guardian button around my neck all the time. This device enables me to feel more confident in living alone in my home with my dog.e
I just completed the setup of my medical alert system with Medical Guardian. The setup was very easy, the instructions were very clear (step-by-step), and the personnel that took my call to complete the setup was very nice and patient. As I tested my pendant devices everything went smoothly. The response time was excellent and the person answering my alert test was very nice, and ensured that it was a test and not an actual emergency. I was very pleased to know that the call was answered so quickly, and I am confident that in case of an actual emergency someone would respond to my call for help quickly. Living alone this was a great comfort.
I have a 100 year old Great Aunt that recently fell and was on the floor for 7 hours before her son (my cousin) found her. My mother at age 82 is very unsteady on her feet and recently had a heart attck. I immediately started researching medical alert companies, I also spoke with a neighbor who has Medical Guardian. I decided to sign up Mom for Medical Guardian, it was hooked up yesterday and she loves it, she feels very confident that if something happens help will come right away. Also you can get a key safe from Med Guard and they will code it with your own 4 digit code (before sending it), this way medical personnel or a neighbor can enter the house without breaking a window or door.... After careful research I decided to contact Medical Guardian and ask about their product and services. The representative, Shawn was extremely polite and professional and I was very impressed. There was no pressure for a sale and he answered all my questions; I was convinced that Medical Guardian was for me and signed up on the spot. He followed up with a call the following day informing me the shipment was on it's way- it arrived on time as promised and I couldn't be happier. My wife is also quite relieved as she's currently away on business and feels confident that I now have a "safety plan in place."

I feel very secure with my Medical Guardian. Because we are advised not to wear the neck button when we sleep, I keep my watch on my night stand and when going to bed, I remove the neck button and put on the watch. It is a very good feeling to know that I am protected if I were to fall and could not get up. Now my children (adult) will know that I have help available 24/7.
The customer service has been amazing every time. From my first call when I asked 50 questions all the way through the process and set up. I was purchasing this for my grandmother and they have been so sweet in helping her understand how it works and how to use it. I look forward to know she is safe with this.
