it was easy to purchase. He answered all of my questions. It arrived less than a week later. It was activated with no problems. Now my family has peace of mind
The phone call I had with Paul was a positive one. He explained everything to me to where I understand and didn't have to ask a second time. The only problem I had was that I had not even finished reading about it online when he called. You need to give people a little bit more time to finish reading about your product before calling.

I spoke with Eron Brin she was very helpful getting me set up with my new system. The equipment came in a day early, i also requested a lock box that will be send to me very soon, all i can say you have a excellent staff please let them know i /we appreciated everything they do every day. Also when i set up my box the operator answer in less than 30 seconds that its a plus in my book. I am extremely happy with the system and service. I give you 5 Stars

Except for a wait getting through to someone for the initial activation (I left my number and they called me back within an hour), everything is as advertised. The system is remarkably simple to use and set up. The instructions on the phone were easy to understand and the lady I spoke to answered all of my questions. When the button was pressed for a test, the operator answered within 15 seconds, knew my fathers' name, and exactly where he was, and asked him what assistance he needed. I have the premium plan for my dad and like knowing that if he takes a fall, the system will automatically contact an operator. I received my order for the Medical Guardian product, and immediately opened to go through all the set up instructions. The instructions were very easy to follow, the receiver/cellular connection is easy to understand and read, and the button appears to be of good quality. My only concern at this point is the fact that I attempted to phone the Technical Assistance service using the number provided in the materials, and I was on hold for so long, I gave up. I almost packaged the thing up, and sent it back. However, I did call the other number provided for activation. I called for some information for my mom. I was not intending to sign up. Robin was so good at informing me about all the services. I ended up paying for a full year and insurance by the time we hung up. He took his time and never rushed me. He answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked the same question. He is excellent at his job. I never looked anywhere else.

The device works wonderfully. The sales staff is quick and helpful and make it sound as if you are the most important person in the world to them. The fact is you are NOT! I returned my device because I did not need it nor want it any longer. The device was returned on January 16, 2015. It is now March 9, 2015 and I am still being charged for the service. I have made three phone calls and talked with two different people, Neil and Sharon (Sharon 2 times) and was assured that this would be taken care of.
