Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Medical Guardian offers free equipment for two of its five products. Their services are equally affordable, with prices ranging from $29.95 to $49.95 a month. Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. The lowest-cost option from Medical Guardian’s line of on-the-go and at-home medical alert devices includes a free neck pendant or wristband with a call button.

From my first conversation with the sales representative to my most recent conversation with a customer service rep. I have found all to be knowledgeable about the product, helpful in their explanations and advice and self confident to be numerous when appropriate. I am into my first 24 hours with my new device and so far every detail has been perfect.

I considered several different companies when shopping for medical alert-types of products for my aging in-laws. I did lots of internet researching and frankly, most companies seemed similar. It was only after calling a few of the companies, occluding Medical Guardian, that I started noticing differences. The biggest among them was customer service. Tim, the customer service rep for Medical Guardian spent a lot of time on the phone with me because I had a million questions. He explained the products simply, including the finances. I called Medical Guardian for info. They were very cooperative, and precise about services they would recommend for me . Had another company's .plan but Medical Guardian provided the same plan , services and equipment for approximately a $75.00 per month less than the plan and company I was with. Switched to Medical Guardian and feell confidentt they will provide adequate services.

My husband's health is failing and I am concerned about leaving him home alone. I Googled to find a med-alert solution to help during short times I may have to leave him. I received a response call the next day. The gentleman was most gracious and informative. I placed my order and received it sooner than anticipated. The set-up was easy and customer service helpful when I called to start the service. I know this will bring more peace of mind.

I have recently researched the Medical Guardian Alert System and am happy to say, I loved what they had to offer! My medical needs are increasing, and I needed a system that was more flexible than just an "in home" device. After reviewing all that Medical Guardian offered, I was immediately convinced this was for me and my needs. From the first phone call to the company, to hearing the "who, what and where," I didn't hesitate to sign up.
