I have had my medical guardian bracelet for about a month. I had trouble with irritation on my skin under the band. I called the company and they issued me a neck alarm. This is so light that I almost forget I have it on. I had no trouble wearing it in bed either. I feel more assured now that I have the alert alarm. I am a fall risk and hated to go anywhere without someone with me. Now I put the base in my purse and away I go. Thank you for my alarm.
I have been dealing with Samantha Anderson this last week. She has been very helpful and not pushy. She gave us a lot of information and told me to call her if I had any questions. I have, about 3 times now and she is still very sweet and answers all of my questions. I am very big on customer service which so far has been great. I hope I like the unit as well
Felecia Ott has been my contact with Medical Guardian in providing me with necessary information and has been very patient and helpful answering all my questions. My order was placed today after a couple of conversations with Felecia.

Customer service has been great so far.
Customer Service Rep was very polite and professional and easy to understand. The pricing is simple and straight forward. Equipment arrived quickly and was easy to set up.
Sales person I spoke to was pushy to make a sale and did not give me time to answer the questions I had. I had to slow him up from his sales patter several times to get information. This was off-putting and didn't give me a great first impression of the company. When I received my device and called to activate my system, the customer service rep really wasn't helpful at all, and gave me very abbreviated, clipped directions about turning on my devices and testing them. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification. She was not very helpful and I still don't have a very good understanding of how the device works in some circumstances. The online sign up was flawless. I had to make a followup phone call due to an incorrect entry on my end. While I was placed on hold for quite some time, I was finally asked to leave my name and number for a return call. The call came very quickly with sincere apologies for having been asked to leave a message. The operator changed the entry immediately and again apologized for any inconvenience that I may have experienced. The product arrived in a timely fashion and serve was activated without an issue.
Very easy to set up. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and patient. The response people on the phone when we tested the devices were very polite. I hope we will never have to use our devices, but I am confident we will have a rapid response if we do.
At this point, I am not pleased with the medical Guardian. First, it was not shipped to the address I stated I wanted it shipped to. I am also not pleased with the documentation or should I say the lack thereof. The day I tried to activate the system I found out that it had to be done within certain hours. The next time when I tried to activate it, I was then told I had to be at the system to activate it (since this was for my mother, I was not there at that time).
