I was surprised that I received information almost immediately after requesting it. Not only did I receive information via email but Michael called and was very helpful. I did some asking around and Medical Guardian was the one that was recommended the most. When I called to place the order Michael was helpful and I was able to get this all set up in about 10 minutes. We are now waiting for delivery of the equipment on Monday, so I can feel better that my mom will have help available if she needs it.
Mike Ferraro was very helpful in answering all of my questions in regards to the medical alert systems. He made me feel confident in making a decision for my friend. Once the system arrived I found it easy to set up. When we activated the system the people that we spoke to were also friendly and helpful. I am glad that I made the decision to use Medical Guardian.
Very professional and informative sales experience. Easy setup. So far so good. Haven't used it yet and hopefully never will. Peace of mind. Reasonable prices!
After a ton of research, I found that Medical Guardian was in the top 3 (if not mostly number 1) of 14 different websites lists of the Best Medical Alert Systems. Then the deal was sealed for me after talking to a super nice guy that knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions compassionately. Ordering the system for my mom could not have been easier and we just got our shipping confirmation email so we are looking forward to getting it set up!
Sales people were most curteous and we received the unit promptly.
The gentleman that I spoke with regarding a new medical guardian medical alert system for my father was very knowledgeable. Very sympathetic to our situation and was not pushy at all. I did not feel pressured at all during our phone conversation. He set up a call back time to give me time to look into other plans and called back exactly when he said he would. Hopefully we will not need to use the call system but we have peace of mind if we do.
I opted to go with Medical Guardian for my Mom after corresponding with Katie. She was extremely pleasant, understanding and was able to handle my order when I was ready. We expect to receive the equipment tomorrow and look forward to setting it up.
I just want to say, we were so happy with the professionalism of Joe Fanelli when we ordered the Medical Guardian. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with anyone else.
It wasn't easy for me to make this call. I thank God that Joe answered, he immediately helped me calm down by offering me a silent prayer. It gave me a chance to collect more strength from the Lord to get thru the call....It was also at that moment I knew I wanted to deal with your company,(I had planned to shop around, yours was my first call). Joe showed genuine concern and for me. The young Lady that I spoke to for activation was also kind, considerate and helpful. I'm looking forward to doing business with you!
So far so good. All people I've spoken with have been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. All equipment seems to be working perfectly from setting up the unit to testing it. All personnel have been particularly helpful in answering all questions. Living alone, I Hope I will never have to use this, but feel confident I will be taken care of in the event of a health emergency.
