The people at Medical Guardian were so helpful. They were patient to explain the differences in the different devices and listen to our needs to help us choose the best device and the best plan for our needs. I checked with two other medical alert companies and found Medical Guardian to be the most helpful and had excellent reviews from current users.

While trying to make my 88 year old mother comfortable in her home I contacted Medical Guardian by telephone. I have never had such wonderful and helpful one on one customer service! I originally spoke to Edward and he was so helpful and informative. The following day I talked with some ladies in customer service in order to reroute the order to my mothers home. They did everything to make this happen. We received above and beyond customer service and I highly recommend anyone needing a service like this to contact Medical Guardian.

Customer service was excellent. My mother is wearing the necklace and I was happy to see she had another one she could wear on her wrist at night. Sure gives us peace of mind.
We looked at various systems over several months. The retail phone staff was helpful but not pushy like some of the other companies. I felt the needs of the client were considered first. We have not received the unit yet, but we will update our review after it has been in use for several weeks. We are thankful to have the lock box available also. The website was helpful in comparing the various plans & options.
When I first called to set up the device for my father, I was was kept on hold for something like 10 minutes, which made me wonder what kind of service we were going to receive in an emergency. However, once your agent answered and began the set-up procedure, I was satisfied with the service we received. She was very helpful and thorough.
My contacts were with both Chris Carver and Lisa D'Antonio, and in my opinion, they both rank ABOVE excellent, and were a substantial reason for my looking further into your product and eventually making the decision for making the purchase. And I had spoken with several others, representing other companies, previously. So--give 'em both raises!
I was very happy with all the information given to me before I signed up. The product arrived quickly and was easy to set up.
