Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. I was so pleased at how easy Medical Guardian made it to get activated. I am now waiting for my lock box, another part of their great service.

I am very pleased with Medical Guardian. I was so glad to find out, they did not pressure me into getting it. They gave me time to think about it. In fact, it wasn't until their 3rd call back to check on my decision, did I finally say yes. I know how important it is but I am on fixed SS and everything concerning my medical issue is costing more. If it had not been for the Halloween Special Price, I would probably be still thinking about it. Both men I talked to were very easy to talk to and very understanding. Chemo has really messed up my memory and they were very patient as I tried to explain things and talk to them. I know I asked the same questions sometimes more than once... Read More

The ordering process was very easy and the person that we dealt with was extremely informative. Our concern was that we live 600 miles away from our 95 year old mother and would not be able to help her set it up. There was no reason to worry, as she followed the instructions and easily got the system set up. So far she is comfortable with everything and we are happy to know she is no longer totally alone.

We just received our equipment and got it activated today. The process was very simple and efficient. When I called to activate the phone assistance was extremely polite and helpful. Each time we did a "test" of the pendent and wrist band and base unit, the person who responded to the call was extremely polite. So far, I am amazed at the customer service both during the sales process and the installation.
