Just got it today. The lady on the phone was really nice...and set up was so easy. It looks like something my mother will be willing and able to use.
Although we have only had the Medical Guardian device for my mother for a short time I am thrilled with the service thus far. Without this protection I would be constantly calling mom to see if she is alright. She had a terrible fall 3 weeks ago and we were fortunate that she was not alone. I now feel like she is never alone!
After researching several alert companies, I left my phone # on this website. Had a follow up call within the hour. Very informative and answered all my question. No high pressure and received my package within a couple of days. Instructions were easy to follow, charged it, activated it, all done, very simple. Peace of mind for me and my 90 year old dad.
Lenny was great in setting up the account. Very friendly and helpful. Equipment arrived when it was supposed to be here. After charging unit the set up was very easy and the set up tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. I hope we never need to use it but it sure gives peace of mind knowing its ready if it is needed.
Very professional, understood my needs for my parents. Worth the price(somewhere in the middle after some investigation). Wish it were a little more affordable. Thank you!!

I ordered a system for my mom-in-law . The person I was working with left his supper to rush back to the office to help me. You see, My mom fell the week before and was on the floor for about 4 hours before she was found. she likes to be independent and this will help. A couple positive things. We were amazed at the response time in getting the unit and the courtesy shown. Area for improvement: The data I gave over the phone got mixed up and I had to correct some of it on the form we returned. No Biggie. We had a very good experience purchasing and setting up the new medical alert system for my mother. The salesperson did a good job of explaining how it would work and how easy it was to set up. Setting it up was just as easy they say with no hidden surprises. Also it came early than expected which is always a nice surprise.
So far Guardian customer service has been excellent!
I was pleased that Bill, the agent who handled my call, was willing to answer all my questions then give me several hours to discuss them with my daughter before calling him back with my answer. When I called back I informed him that my daughter had been contacted by another company offering basically the same package at a lower price. She advise that I go with the lower price. Bill contacted his supervisor and was able to obtain the same lower price for me with the same package he had offered me before. So, I purchased Bill's system at the lower price.
