Medical guardian is easy for my 90 year old father to understand. He lives alone and medical guardian gives our whole family peace of mind that if anything happens help is just the push of a button away. When he performs his monthly test, the MG associates who answer are always calm and professional.
Wait time for setting up the system was extreme when I first called. When prompted to do so, I left a call back phone number, but never received a call back. The following day I called and had a reasonable wait time. The set up was easy, though the service representative was trying to sell me insurance for the system at the same time as the system set up was happening, distracting me from the setup process, so I had to go through the process twice. All good since then.

I started using this system a little over a month ago and so far so good. I changed companies over response issues and Medical Guardian was one of the highest ranked so I thought I would give them a try. I do like having two pieces, the bracelet and the necklace and that they are water proof. The only thing that I don't care for is having to take the monitor box with me everywhere. I am used to a one piece unit where you push a button and talk on the same neck piece and that they are pretty pricey but they are in line with other companies.

Gives me a feeling of security and that something at my back when needed.
i haven't had my unit for very long but i wear it all the time - it is
comfortable and inconspicuous. so far i haven't had to use it and
hope i never do. i'm suppose to test it once in a while but haven't done
that either... but, so far so good. j.l.

Fortunately I have not had to use it yet. But I feel very comfortable wearing t he unit. And my children are so happy the I have thee unit it with me at all times, as I'm by myself & they don't leave close.
Once we got everything set up it is working fine. It makes me feel better knowing that my dad has this back up plan in force.
I feel secure with my Medical Guardian system. My husband is deaf and often at the other end of the house. The best features of the system are the mobile phone unit connected to the call center with its GPS system and the lock box for the key in my front door. Help can get to me where ever I am, even if no one can open the door for the ambulance EMTs. One stroke was enough to show me need for such a system. Fortunately I haven’t needed to use it yet. My only problem is remembering to take it to be charged every night, take it downstairs in the morning, and being sure it’s in my purse when I go out.
