I like feeling safer with having this equipment!
I was pleased at how simple this device is to operate and how easily it was to activate once we received the item. My mom was still in rehab when the device was delivered so we felt no need to activate the device until she left rehab to return home. The company was very flexible with us, understanding that it wouldn't be in use for an additional 2-3 weeks. This saved me the monthly service fee for the first month because no one was using the device. Medical Guardian realized that and was very flexible. From the moment I first contacted Medical Guardian, my experience was perfect. Kevin Pike was the agent with whom I began chatting, and he then telephoned me to finish my transaction. He was most helpful, explaining all the details to me. He told me Medical Guardian has no contract, although they ask for payment for three months. That amount at once was beyond my budget and, after checking with the manager, Kevin said one month payment would be fine. (I did lose out on one free gift, though!) Purchased Medical Guardian for my father the setup was easy. The customer service representative that assisted in the walk through was very helpful.
I think the service is great! My son had seizures and it helped when my hands were busy to activate the device when needed. Prompt, accurate!
I am happy with the system and the setup was very simple and easy and it makes me feel very secure having it!

On line chat answered all my questions. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. Setup and activation were no problem. As advertised!
