Fortunately I haven't needed emergency service, but several times I've accidentally set off the alarm. It amazes and pleases me how quickly they respond and how understanding they are when I apologize for setting it off. It is very comforting to know that if I ever do have an emergency that help is only minutes away. Thank you and keep up the good job.
I love Bay Alarm medical! I purchased it when my father began struggling with his chemo treatments. My mom is disabled and nether one wanted to lose their independence. They have unfortunately had to use it several times during falls and injury. Bay Alarm has given me peace of mind when I can't be there.
I enjoy having the protection from Bay Alert that it provides. It's convenient and affordable. I live alone, so it is important to me that I have a means of reaching help. I like being able to wear the alarm in the shower since that is where most accidents happen.
However, I wish there was some kind of service that if you don't call or "alert" the service once a day, they call you. I fear that I will die in the night, and no one will find me for days.
Excellent service and communication on any outages etc.

I've had this service for quite a long time and thankfully I haven't found the need to use it but 2 times. Both times were equally excellent. I couldn't believe how fast it all went. My requests were that "I have fallen down and I can not get up' Now I give you that line to lighten up how really desperate I felt when I fell in the middle of the night. I live alone and I hope no one ever has to feel that way. But anyhow, Both times it was like a none event. they were in and out of my apartment within 15 minutes. All the tech personnel were gracious and made sure I was good before they left. I didn't hurt myself(other than my pride) so I didn't need extra attention which they offered... Read More
I bought this for my 89 year old mother and everything works great . When we call for a test everyone has been helpful.
Nice to know that the people working for Bay Medical are on the ball and react very quickly when needed.
I am a current customer and live in Chicago. I chose Bay Alarm mainly because of price. I thought that I'd change to a local provider if I was not satisfied. But so far I'm quite happy. Thankfully I haven't had to use it for an emergency. I've accidentally hit the wristband button several times and was pleased with the speedy and professional response. The peace of mind factor cannot be overstated.
My husband and I purchased the Bay Alarm Medical for my mom who is 81 years and lives alone. It makes us, and her feel so much safer knowing that she has a way to alert emergency personnel if she can't get a hold of us. Thankfully she hasn't had to use it yet, but we feel better knowing that if she has an emergency, she will get the care she needs.
When we made the decision to go with Bay Alarm Medical the customer service person was very good, personable and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions, explained the system to me and didn't put high pressure to upgrade or include add on items. The setup was simple, testing was very easy and even the first test call to the response center was handled wonderfully. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for this service.
