medic alert button on neck is small, unobtrusive under clothes and can be worn in the pool or shower. It is not easily set off by accident, Tech support, especially Ashley Skinner, was very helpful. I have a large yard but Bay Alarm covers me while I work in the garden, I am 90 years old and live alone so it is very comforting to know I can get help. I wouldn't be without it.

I just finished my monthly testing call. The help center staff are always pleasant. They always review my personal information. Your system makes my son feel much more comfortable since he is in Texas and I'm in NJ , and I live alone.

I signed up with Bay Alarm because I am in NC and my brother is in FL. He had a stroke and laid in the floor from 2:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. the next day. Had he been able to touch a simple button, he could have received the medication for strokes with a small window for success. I have been overjoyed with this service. My brother has used it several times since the stroke and he says it is a life saver. I can now rest easier because of Bay Alarm. They are easy to work with and it is affordable. I will never do business with any other alarm company. Please try them, you will see how good they are, I promise. Leessa Black

Purchased for elderly parent, who did not want a service. After installation was a breeze, contact was made with the firm. Testing was easy and effective. Range of pendant was very good and now user feels secure. A couple of false alarms by bumping the pendant were caught before alerting first responders and user felt secure that notification by Bay Alarm was quick and thorough.

My mom has Bay Alarm Medical and I have nothing but praise for them. My mother had fallen and could not get up. The monitoring agency called me to let me know that I needed to go to her apartment in order to let help get in. I live in the next building and by the time I arrived they were already there. There have been other cases where my Mom accidentally pushed the alarm button and Bay Alarm contacted her immediately and asked if everything was ok. I would recommend Bay Alarm Medical for anyone who wants to have peace of mind.
