Have only positive say about this company. We have experienced several occasions when we have received a call about moms alarm going off and the staff is always professional and have gone out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. I would recommend bay alarm for sure and rate them top notch.

We've been very impressed with Bay Alarm Medical from the minute we got online researching medical alarm companies and saw their website through purchasing and installation and now using the system either accidentally or on purpose. We have not encountered anyone who works for them who isn't pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband wears the alarm on his wrist and has accidentally bumped it on the table several times and they have never been disrespectful or impatient. The one time we have had to use them in an emergency, the service was very prompt and the ambulance was at our house in about five minutes. I find the company and their support to be very responsive and courteous. This is because of my errors where I inadvertently send a message of needing help. The responses is almost instantaneous and the person monitoring is very courteous and understanding. This is my second year with them and they keep track of my device charge level, inform me and my designated representative of that status. Replacement of a charged device is efficient and simple.

I was having trouble with my phone and wondered if the alarm had anything to do with it. I called and the company and the man that answered was very helpfull. He even told me to call back if I needed anymore help. Turns out it was the outside phone line. Rate them very helpfull.
