When I was shopping for an alert system company for my mother-in-law, I appreciated how Bay Alarm Medical provided me information to make an informed decision, but did not use high-pressure sales tactics. Some of the other companies wanted a commitment before hanging up the phone, and kept contacting me when I wasn't ready to decide yet--I hate feeling like a fish on the line that they want to reel in! Bay Alarm Medical followed up with me when I asked them to get back to me in a week, as well as answered other questions that came up along the way. I feel so secure and safe with my Bay Alarm Medical system. When my husband was experiencing what we thought were strokes and was in and out of the hospital, my 90 year old father was worried about me at home alone and my safety. So I promised him I would get a alert system. When I researched all the systems out there, I found that Bay Alarm was the best option. I purchased it and it came promptly. It was easy to set up and I got the necklace alarm for myself and the wrist alarm for my husband for when he was home. We got Bay Alarm for my mother-in-law. She feels so much more at peace living alone and confident that the Bay alarm system will always help her when needed. She has accidently pushed the button and they have been very professional and kind to her even though it was a mistake. We are very pleased with the service and feel the price is very reasonable.
