I am the recipient of a Bay Alarm Medical alert system..It was a gift to me and I
am happy with the feeling of better protection if any emergency should occur. I
would highly recommend it to any one,especially women who live alone.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Bay Alarm. We never had any problems with that. We ran into a problem when our land line went down and we were unable to use the fall alert monitor. We continued to have problems with our land line, so we had to make a decision to switch to a company that could provide a wireless fall monitor system that also offered GPS so mom could leave the home and still feel safe.
My Father had asked me to help him choose a life system alert 2 years ago, I chose Bay Alarm after reading reviews and researching 5 companies.
We added my Mother on also and both are very pleased with the service they have received over the 2 years.
It is comforting to know that both are covered by Bay Alarm if anything ever happens in their home. Not only for me as I am their youngest and live 7 hours away from them, but for them!
My Father runs his test every month and they have always responded to his call!
Thank you Bay Alarm for providing the best life alert protection for the two most important people in my life!
The system was super easy to install. Customer service was very patient and helpful during the testing phase. My parents find that the neck fobs are unobtrusive and they remember to wear them. I feel much more confident that they have help if the need arises. Thank you!!!
One Sunday evening a few months ago, right before 9 p.m., my 85 year old mother fell in her home, fracturing her hip. From what she's told me, Bay Alarm immediately reacted over the transmitter. Following the protocol we had set up, they tried to contact me both at home and at work. When they could not reach me, EMS was contacted. In the meantime, one of mom's neighbors did reach me (around 9:15 p.m.). The EMT's were already on site, taking care of her, and I was able to speak to one of them. My family insisted that I get a device which I could use in case of emergency after I fell in my backyard and broke my pelvis. I was alone at the time and had to drag myself back into the house to the phone. I was lucky that time that I could do this. I now always wear my call button when I am in the house or outside alone and feel secure in knowing that help is just a push button away.
I love Bay Alarm! I got it last year for my 93-year-old father-in-law, who lives by himself. Even though I look in on him frequently, he was frequently falling when I was at work, and he was unable to get back up on his own. Bay Alarm allows me peace of mind when I can't be with him. He has a choice between wearing a wrist band or a necklace with a push-button alarm. Their customer service is very good, and the reps are always so polite when they're responding to his alarm going off. I highly recommend this medical alarm system.
I set up an account for my mother who lives in another city from me. It relieves my concern for her tremendously.
This Bay Alarm system gives me peace of mind, knowing that I have someone to call if I ever am in need of help. My children live miles away in another state and they bought this for me, so I won't feel alone in an emergency. The operators are very friendly and caring. I even hit the button by accident and they called promptly to see if I needed help. They were very pleasant when I told them it was an accident , but I know that they will be there in minutes if I really did need them. I am 81 yrs old and feel safer living alone with the Bay Alarm handy.

Fortunately I have not had an incident in which I would call Bay Alarm but just knowing that I can reach someone if needed, has given me a sense of security.
In trying to open a jar I accidentally called Bay Alarm. I immediately was called by Bay to see if I needed some help. No, of course, was the answer but it was good to know that someone was at the other end of phone if I needed assistance.
