I signed with Bay Area Alarm so my family would not worry about me. So far, I have not had to use it, but each time I tested it, I was very satisfied with the promptness of the response.

Bay Alarm Medical provided excellent service for my Dad. It allowed my Dad to remain in his home for longer than would have been possible. They were very responsive and helped obtain medical help for my Dad on several occasions. I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical to my family and friends.

My credit card on file was replaced around the time my renewal was due. t's amazing how you don't send any billing to me until after my account was past due. I'd been thinking of cancelling the service since he refuses to use it. I called immediately upon receiving past due notification and was told I could cancel but need to pay for full year. This unit is loud and clear and the customer service is excellent. I bought this for my Mother and she has not had to use it as of yet but, it is a good piece of mind that help can get there quickly if there's an emergency. I would recommend this unit and service to a friend.

Working fine so far. Any equipment issues are quickly resolved. Alert button wrist units and wrist bands wear out more often than expected.

These alarm systems are, by and large, for the elderly, right? Then why won't Bay Medical refund unused part of annual fee when the aforementioned elderly person has to go to a nursing home for the rest of her life? Nothing short of thievery if you ask me. Don't use this company.

This system is for my brother Otto reimer. You did everything perfect. He has used it yet but accidently hit the button & the responsive was immediate he loved that!! Me too for him!!

My Mom is 91 and lives with my wife and I. She has her own section of the house and still in excellent mental & physical health. Thankfully in the 2+ years she has not had to use it for an emergency, only the occasional (3) accidental pressings. One occasion she was having dinner with us and had flip the button behind her, setting it off when leaning against the chair back. The technician voice was loud and clear, even to our section. Each time we had a quick, and very polite response. Always wanting to speak directly to her to verify she is okay. She was very hesitant in getting it, always saying I do not need it. My stepmom Edith uses the Bay Alarm Medical pendant to ensure her safety and peace of mind, and mine too! It is nice and small, perfect size that never gets in her way when sleeping or during any activity. We haven't had to use it, thankfully, but because she has Bay Alarm she can stay in her home! Easy set up and I have faith in the system.
