Super is a subscription-based home repair and maintenance service. The company offers three plans starting at $64 per month. All plans include both appliances and systems. Customers have the option of customizing any plan to cover a wide range of home features, including pools and spas, well pumps, and duplicate appliances.

Super is one of the more expensive services out there and its plan pricing and coverage limit structure is among the most complicated we've seen. For example, the price of any plan you choose will increase if you have a larger home because rates are established according to the area of your home. Even a careful reading of the company's sample contract leaves many questions unanswered. But the company doesn't limit the number of claims that you can make and some system coverage may be unlimited, depending on the plan you choose.

In addition, by adding the It's Covered option to your plan, some appliance and system parts that other home warranty companies exclude are included.

Super offers three home warranty packages: the Security, Signature and Lux plans. The more you are willing to pay for a plan, the more appliances and systems are covered.

Super helps and encourages customers to perform routine maintenance on their homes. Once you are an established customer, Super will send you updates when normal maintenance tasks should be performed throughout your home. Subscribers have the option of engaging one of Super's contractors to perform the work, with deductibles ranging from $75 to $149.

Super also protects against unknown pre-existing conditions, which are often excluded from most home warranty contracts.

The minimum annual premium with Super is $449 annually. That price applies to homes under 1200 square feet in area and located in Arizona. Premiums for larger homes are higher, as they are for homes located in more expensive parts of the country.

Other contract features are on par with competitive home warranties. You are not required to sign up for a full year of coverage, but if you sign an annual contract, you'll receive a discount off the monthly price. Super coverage for existing homes that are not on the market begins 15 days after you make your first payment. That's a somewhat shorter waiting period than some competitive plans offer. Super has a pretty standard cancellation clause. You can cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund, minus the cost of any repairs the company performed during the covered period. However, the company also charges a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Agreement can be cancelled by you within thirty (30) days of the Plan Effective Date, and a full refund will be made. You may cancel this Agreement more than thirty (30) days after the Agreement effective date, and you shall be entitled to refund of the pro-rata Agreement charge less claims paid, any unpaid service fees, and a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation of this plan must be in writing.

Super makes it easy to submit claims by offering online, mobile, email, and telephone contact methods. Customers can submit an unlimited number of claims during a covered period, however the company places a cap on the dollar value of claims you can submit in a year. Coverage limits increase as you step up to Super's more expensive plans. Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for more than $30,000 in repairs, no matter which plan or upgrades you choose.

This company is a RIP OFF. In reading the other reviews below, same issues, spoke to 30 people there. Everyone saying they will call you back but never do. Waiting on hold waiting for them to answeran hour at a time, only to be hung up on before they say hello. No one authorized to make a decision, no vendors available. Shuffling you around and putting you on hold for hours! This company needs to be shut down! They take the monthly payments in, but never resolve anything!!

Well, let me start by listing the names of everyone that said they would call me back and never did: Brianna, Miriam, Patrick, Xavier, Eric, Mike, Portia, Leticia, Charlie, Nick, Brittnay, Kirsty, Janet, Jatin, and Harry. Approval reps are argumentative with technicians while on site with their customers. They own us a lot of money, and have acknowledged it. However, nobody will call be back nor have any funds be released. don't waste your time or money with this company, they will rip you off

Terrible home warranty company. they will charge you $400 to run the camera in plumbing to figure out what's wrong before they will decide whenever or not they can fix it.

Very poor service. Stay Away from this company. They salespeople mislead you, and after one year I tried to cancel. They promised it would cancel, but they kept charging. I disputed with the credit card company, but this company is very shady. Also, they raised the warranty premium significantly, and really not worth the price. You can never get anyone on the phone when you need something. Stay away.

Absolutely Terrible! Honestly wish we had read these reviews. They deserve to be shut down and should be made to refund everyone's money!!! I wish I had time to write this months ago, but I am just now finding time. Out of all the home warranties we have had in our 20 years of owning many homes, this is by far the worst. We spent MONTHS getting NO response with a leaking fridge!!!! - Finally got a response which was that they did not have any one contracted with them that was qualified to work on built in refrigerators! They took 4 days to decline a claim for the hot water heater. Can not be used for landlords as claimed. The law in AZ requires that you have hot water fixed in 24 hours. Will use fine print to deny all claims saying they are preexisting.

Buyer beware!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. The first time we tried to use this service, we signed up for dryer vent cleaning that was listed on our coverage. There was no other information other than 'dryer vent cleaning.' We paid the $75 copay and had a technician come out to the house. When he arrived, he told us that he could not clean the common flexible style vents, only the rigid style vents. He also wanted to charge us an additional $250 for the service. When I called Super asking why they had not let us know about what dryer vents they can clean, I was told it was our responsibility to tell Super about the type of vent. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They never want to help. This is now my second time having to deal with them. I live where it is not cool. My AC is not working and they want nothing to do with fixing it for 1 to 2 weeks......to me this is completely unacceptable since the tech was here and knew exactly what needed to be done. The lady I spoke with in customer service was beyond rude. wouldn't let me ask my questions and wouldn't explain why this was acceptable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Terrible customer service!!! My family and I are staying home due to COVID 19 and our AC has been out for over a week. They sent a tech out and he explained to me my outside unit needed to be REPLACED as well as the inside unit that broke over a year ago when Super did a quick fix. I have been on hold several times asking for a supervisor because I am in Texas and its been over 80 degrees. They are only willing to cover a PORTION of the outside unit. Why do you buy a home warranty for over $800 when they will not cover what they say they will. They have continued to LIE TO ME about a supervisor being on a conference call.
