DON'T GET A HOME WARRANTY FROM OLD REPUBLIC. I have had home warranties with Home Republic on three (3) properties in Arizona for years. Last year I had to submit five (5) claims, of which only two required any real repair. The A/C unit had to be repaired twice. The second time was because the first repair person failed to make the required repair and just refilled the freon instead of fixing the problem. I spoke to the technician. He told me he absolutely did not tell them that, not to mention the fact that it would be impossible for him to be able to tell exactly when a computer board failed. So Old Republic FLAT OUT LIED TO ME in order to get out of paying on a claim. I'm sure the reason my claim... Read More
