Cancellation Policy

The contract shall be non-cancelable by the company except for nonpayment of contract fees or service fees, fraud or misrepresentation of facts by the customer, or by agreement between client and company. Customers may cancel within the first 30 days of the order date for a refund of the paid contract fees, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. If canceled after 30 days, the customer shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

I called on Monday to report my oven stopped working and was given an estimated date and time to expect someone to come to my home. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from an automated service confirming this information and about 10 minutes after that a person from the service company called to confirm he would be at my home on the specified day and time. On that Wednesday he called me within 1/2 hour of his arrival and was very courteous and professional. He told me within 20 minutes what was wrong and I could expect it fixed no later than Monday, maybe even Friday if the part came quickly. Mike with All Pro Carolina contacted me to confirm the claim and problems. When he arrived, he was professional yet easy to talk to and understand. He listened to my description of the issue with the oven. He checked the temperature once we turned on the oven. He then calibrated the oven temperature 35 degrees higher and tested the remaining operations of the oven. Everything seems to be working fine after his help.

We called on a Sunday to get our name on the list for a clogged toilet for Monday. Much to our surprise and delight, a technician called and came out by 2 pm. Sunday afternoon and promptly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and neat, putting covers over his shoes before entering the house. We were very pleased and would highly recommend his company and your service.
