Great Service, great technicians, will not consider any other home warranty company, honest and sincere, glad that I chose Choice Home Warranty for my home
I am very satisfied with Combs Appliance repair . Received a call telling me they were on their way. Very professional and diagnosed problem very quickly. Would request their services again if needed!!
The agent I spoke with was very curtious and professional. he went over all the options including options for senior citizens. He was very helpful, and we thank him.
Stop trying to hustle your customers and give them what they ask for. All. The "manager deals" are ridiculous and shady. Of its not a contract then I shouldn't have to pay for all the years upfront.
So far I have not had a chance to use the warranty since I just signed up yesterday. I asked to be billed monthly for the one year program but when I checked my credit card statement this morning I found that I was billed for the whole year. I intend to call them back today and see if I can get this fixed. I will write another comment and let you know what happened

Not very happy as I was told one thing and then something else was charged. This is not how business should be handed and I could have not paid for the service charge as it was stated when I called and ask three times and was told that I would not be charged. Then you have people stating to be the manager and not sure if you can believe who you are speaking with. Not happy at all! This will not be the last time you will hear from me as well!’
I made a service request on Saturday 3/17/18. On Monday 3/19 the repair company called to let me know they were too busy, that they were unable to come until the following Monday 3/26. I explained that my case was urgent, that my range oven stopped working completely and that I had only a microwave in the house. She suggested I called AHS. I did. I explained to the representative the urgency of my situation. She called several shops in the area (she said) but was unable to find one to come before Friday 3/23. Ceiling fan motor went bad in our bedroom fan. Choice will only pony up for contractor grade fan WITHOUT THE LIGHTING KIT. If I want the lighting kit it requires more money. So looks like to me they want to replace apples with horse hockey. Will not be renewing with Choice, more like no choice.
