Choice Home Warranty's coverage of home systems and appliances is squarely in line with industry practices. They exclude malfunctions caused by failing to provide proper cleaning or maintenance. Refrigerators, air conditioning systems, washers and dryers are excluded from coverage by the basic plan, but can be added in the premium plan. Cancellation Policy

The contract shall be non-cancelable by the company except for nonpayment of contract fees or service fees, fraud or misrepresentation of facts by the customer, or by agreement between client and company. Customers may cancel within the first 30 days of the order date for a refund of the paid contract fees, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. If canceled after 30 days, the customer shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Customer service was great. Had to cancel claim cause we found the problem however have had service calls before with excellent results. This contract is well worth the monthly charges knowing someone is there to help.

I called in about a plumbing issue with an active leak. I told the representative that I needed someone quickly. The request was sent to a plumber to schedule. I quickly got a response saying the plumber would be at my home in approximately 48 hours. I immediately tried to call the plumber assigned and did not get an answer. When I tried to call CHW back, I only got a recorded message saying that they were closed for a day. This is not much help for an urgent issue.

I have on hold for over 45 minutes on two separate times in 24 hours. I have emailed a request to try and move up the date for services. No response. Awlful service

I did find the last time I filled a claim was done in a timely matter and I did love the work that the a/c guy did. Which is Oliver A/c and Heating Co., also I would prefer that next time I have to call for A/C repair I would to have them to come out and do the job.
