Dishwasher still broken - repair man collected $45 deductible and never returned to fix dishwasher - I want a refund from repairman and schedule replacement
Iam not satisfied with there work because they say temperatures is good . Yesterday evening I fixed in 74 now it reach 85 and it not started . Two guys they say your ac is licked and they charge 285$ because they say it not cover by warranty thanks.

The technicians are very good. Response time is acceptable .. except when the problem arises on Sat... most of the time do not hear from anyone till Monday.... The most negative.. the time it takes for a contractor to receive an authorization when on the job.. One time over an hour.. and another time 27 minutes..he literally went out to have breakfast... . you must set up a better system once the tech is on the job for authorizations... Wasting time for the contractor and the customer.. > one of the last jobs I needed.... once the authorization was approved the job took 25 minutes but the contractor was at my home for over an hour prior to approval.... truly this makes no... Repairs on appliances less then 10 years old shouldn’t require an approval, unless the repair is extremely expensive. Why make the Customer wait an extra week for an approval and part order when a repair is simple and the part is less then $ 200 ?
Very unhappy. Sent a plumber? from 4 hours away. No help when I called. Technician requested to be paid in cash and I refused. Need out of this contract.
Avoid them. They haven’t paid for much of anything (have had issues with dishwasher, sump and water heater) other than someone showing up and diagnosing the problem. They even left us without water for 4 days !!!!
Claim made 5/8/18. Tech was here 5/21/18. Two weeks is unacceptable. Your company trying to find the best deal and trying to say I have to pay the mileage?!? Once the Tech was here he was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to get authorization because he had to call for any amount over $100. Are you kidding me? Please tell me what type of home repair would be under $100. That is absolutely terrible. You need a separate phone number for the technicians to call so they are not wasting their time. this company is not a good home warranty company. i have them now and unless you want to pay for all your repairs you should look elsewhere. they will gladly take your money and when come time for a repair deny you fast.
