Landmark is a great company to have on your side. Customer service really pays attention to detail and follows through on their commitments. They have a good group of service companies who also respond and do the job correctly.

Update - Landmark contacted me and after a few hours my account was reinstated, the $70 copay was either waved or paid by Landmark. I still am having another electrical company come in and actually fix the problem but at least my warranty was reinstated. Don't know if they are still going to require me to pay in advance for services but hopefully after this electrical issue is finally resolved I wont be using them again. fingers crossed. Thank you Landmark for resolving the issue.

I moved into my home 12/5/17. Within the first 2 weeks I started having AC issues. The AC keeps popping breaker. I have been tossed between AC company and an electrical company and I have already paid $210 based on $70 per visit and the issue is still not resolved. AC company has returned as a "recall" and not a "new issue". The electrical company Veterans Electric came out the first time and replaced a box on the outside of the house near AC and said that should do it. Breakers popped within 3 days. The AC came out and checked everything and said they tightened some electrical wires in attic that should do it, no additional charge. The breakers popped again within a few days. The... Read More

I have a mother/daughter home and have two full kitchens, two washers, two dryers etc. I pay $69.58/month that covers two of everything (except furnace (1 each) and A/C (1 each)). For each claim I pay only $60 directly to the company doing the repairing. That's it. No matter how many visits the vendor has to make to correct the problem, I only pay the $60 once. I recently had a problem with a refrigerator and after two visits to replace parts, they could not fix it and it was deemed unrepairable. Landmark sent me a check to buy a new refrigerator. You can't beat that. I would recommend Landmark to anyone who owns a home. It's a great deal.

Corrected review ( I Meant to put 5 stars) I have had a great experience with landmark home warranty. We have purchased our home in April, and we chose to go with Landmark. We live out in the country and the things they had to offer were exactly what we have needed. We have used landmark for pest control, refrigerator repairs, and garbage disposal replacement. Seems to be because of how far out we live (middle of nowhere) they have a little bit of a difficult time finding contractors who are willing to come and service us. But they find someone quickly and they have been the nicest, going above and beyond, contractors I have ever experienced. We had a little hiccup one day with a... Read More

DO NOT BUY A LANDMARK HOME WARRANTY. Although all home warranty companies get a bad rep for not covering different items, Landmark is WORSE. Several months into home ownership, our hot water heater started leaking, I called and Landmark told me that I was covered (hot water heater leaking is basically the CLASSIC thing that SHOULD be covered under a warranty). Of course it took several days to get a technician out, so we waited WITH NO HOT WATER, because they told us it was covered. The technician came out, diagnosed our hot water heater with a leak and said it needed to be replaced (DUH). Of course, it was again going to take several days to get it replaced (again, we have no hot... Read More

Landmark Home Warranty Our A/C condenser and coil failed, so we called Landmark Home Warranty. They covered the claim and sent out a contract company they chose to do the work. We discussed the repairs and the out of pocket cost and agreed to the terms. We thought we had found a trust-able contractor thanks to Landmark Home Warranty. Coming up on winter we had our annul furnace inspection through the same contractor. We receive a call from Landmark Home Warranty that the contractor submitted pictures off of the internet they found and not actual photos of our furnace stating the furnace had cracks in it. Landmark Home Warranty removed the contractor and sent me a new one to... Read More

It is refreshing to have such a great company backing you! From the moment I called in and the rep asked how they could make my day better, to the service repairman they sent to my house to fix my washer, I have nothing but praise for this company. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
