Like the service fee, Landmark's yearly premium for its Homeowner Plans vary by state. In Utah, Oregon, and Idaho, choosing the $100 service fee will produce a $350 premium for the Home System Plan, and a $600 premium for the Total Protection Plan. If you were to opt for the $60 service fee, this would increase the Home System Plan premium to $400, and the Total Protection Plan to $650. In Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, the $100 service fee will yield a $360 premium for the Home Systems Plan, and a $610 premium for the Total Protection Plan. Finally, in these states, choosing the $70 service fee will cost $425 for the Home Systems Plan and $675 for Total Protection.

This home warrantee company is an absolute rip off. They try to find a way to avoid every claim. I am canceling my contract with them and signing up with another.

In the business of no! Sent incompetent technicians- then wouldn't cover costs I incurred fixing something they should have. Take your money elsewhere.

I have wasted too many hours of my life fighting claims that should have paid without any issues at all. I will not be a repeat customer.

We have used Landmark Home Warranty for the last two years, and have found them to be a reliable, trustworthy company. We have always had fast service when calling with questions and concerns and when we did have a claim for a broken water heater it was taken care of super fast and without any issues. We would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, they always follow up at the right times to make sure our claims are being taken care of. I've had to submit several claims for a variety of issues and they're always great to work with to get them resolved.

I am a realtor in the valley and recommend a home warranty from Landmark to all my clients. I have one on my own home and have had to use it I know the high level of service they provide and what a piece of mind the warranty provides.

I was very pleased with the turn around time in getting my claim taken care of. While they were unable to cover all of the repairs, I was able to get a great contractor they recommended to fix my plumbing leaks for a great price.

Landmark Home Warranty was a professional and caring company to work with. The claims manager who helped me was attentive and constantly checking in with me, to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I had my new home re-keyed and my AC/Heater serviced. The cost was $60 per service and the contractors provided were excellent. Landmark listens and most important, they want your business and will bend over backward to exceed your expectations. Great experience!

I recently had a pre season tune up done on my a/c system, paid the 60.00 service fee, and the technician did a check of the system and found out that the system was low three pounds of Freon. After checking with the warranty company, found out that they only covered 20.00 of the cost, which meant that I was responsible for 55.00 x 3 = 165.00, which I really wasn't prepared for, but my system was freezing up, so didn't have much of a choice, as that was the reason for the freeze up. My system is 20 years old, so I guess I can't really complain too much, as that is the only problem found. Overall I am very satisfied with Landmark home warranty, as the three times that I have had to use... Read More
