Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I’ve had a claim open since January on my heat with no resolution. Technician comes out for the air now and choice supervisor tells me it’s nog covered due to neglect?? This is the worse warranty company I’ve dealt with. I switched from 2-10 because of pricing but I’ll sacrifice and go back to 2-10.
Your service is Awesome..but was very disappointed when my pipes were cleared and was told they needed a hydro jet service which will cost me 425.00 this tuesday..it would be great if thru the HCW we could get a better deal..

Having previously worked for government agencies, I understand the lowest price bid for service providers. I also understand the damage it can do in customer satisfaction. I have been the unfortunate receiver of such sub-standard service. Your firm needs to do a much better job in the selection of job bidders! I also cannot believe the incredibly long sevice turn around times. I also cannot believe that a contractor would remain engaged after a no show, no contact appointment. I previously purchased your sevices as add on services provided in sales of my homes. I now regretfully believe that this was a mistake. First time using the warranty yesterday. Easy and fast! My air conditioner was fixed in less than 24hrs of being down. Very happy with the service so far!
concerned about the quality of companies used when repairs are needed. in the past I've delt with horrible communication the reason for my delay to renewing right away
I love you setting up the appointment in such a timely manner. Wow! within 10 minutes after I submitted the request on line I had an appointment scheduled the next morning. The repair company called within two hours to confirmed the appointment the same day,
The repair person was neatly dressed, courteous and professional.
Not happy with their service. Two times we asked the rep. if an item was covered. When the plumber came to fix the item we found out that it wasn't covered. Then the plumber offered to fix it at a high fee. We will not be renewing our contract.
It's been over a week and my sump pump is still not working. In spite of the fact that your contractor would not return my 5 phone calls, as well as your call, you would not reassign me to another contractor. In spite of my request to change contractors, your resolution manager said that all of your contractors were the same (frightening). In spite of the fact that I told your resolution manager that as a loyal custimer, I signed a 6 year contract with CHOICE and I felt forced to take your disrespectful contractor, your only response was to pay me off a ridiculously low amount of money so I could allegedly get my sump pump repaired myself.
