Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The service was excellent, but this time unlike previous times the turnaround time was a little longer.

Dishwasher repair, not draining, and a cycle not working. Choice Home Warrantee scheduled an appointment with Guinco Appliance Repair. They showed up early in the given window and assessed the needed repair, and made a return appointment to install the required parts. At that appointment they also showed up early in the window and fixed my dishwasher. I am extremely happy with the service, hand washing dishes is one of my least favorite things to do. Thank you CHW and Guinco.
The technician was wonderful but choice home warranty is horrible about replacing the appliance. The technician advised that the unit was obsolete and replacement parts were not available and a new dishwasher would need to be ordered. That was on July 18. I have yet to have any contact from Choice Home Warranty about doing so and I have reached out a couple times. They sure did take my money for the warranty quick though.
Because the tech tell me the seal is worn out and allowing outside air to get in the system causing the ice to freeze together, but you are telling me me that not fair wear and tear then what it?
Easy to purchase. Good rates. Great. Effective dates are immediately. Will be easy to work with them.
