NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.
Since 2013, Delta Auto Protect has provided affordable extended car warranties throughout the United States. Located in Philadelphia, this company offers 24/7/365 roadside service, transferable service agreements, and Automotive Service Excellence-certified technicians.

I'm usually skeptical when it comes to insurance. But Delta blew it all away. Great reps on the lines, quick responses to claims and deals on rentals when car is immobilized. Nothing but good things.
Both our cars are covered with the DIAMOND PLAN. Me and my wife are very pleased with the service and coverage provided. We even got my brother-in-law to sign a protection plan and received 10 free car-washes from Delta as a bonus.
A solid choice for your car protection. Was working with another company on my previous cars, but for my new 2013 Chevy I went with them, because of the lower premium. On my first claim and it all went as expected. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I was on the market for an auto extended warranty and I reached out to Delta Auto Protect, along with a couple of other companies. The nice lady that called back from Delta thoroughly explained what the pluses of signing an insurance with them would be, making it very clear that there are multiple companies on the market, stressing out where their stands out by offering discounted premiums and extended coverage. She also made sure I understand the limitations of the policy and the terms of it. It was a very pleasant conversation, which made me decide to go with them. They covered my blown tire on the express, by sending a truck and having it fixed on the spot. I was able to get out of there within an hour and not miss a whole day at work. Didn't have to do a thing, it was sorted by them directly with the contractor.
Delta Clearly has not performed for me under the confines of the contract. My vehicle would still be held in the repair shop if I did not pay their portion. Delta failed to pay their portion on three separate occasions. Getting through the phone is clearly a major challenge. They know who is calling by caller ID and let you hang for 30 plus minutes. They promise to pay the repair shop and then say they can only pay $500 dollar increments every so many days and then just stop paying. They told me numerous time "finance has all information and is paying all invoices". That clearly did not happen. Delta has the most affordable prices on the market. I did my research before signing with them. Also, the lowest deductibles. I am happy with the service I got from them. Ok, might be a bitof a wait on the claim line, like 10 minutes or so, than a super-expensive extended warranty, but they get the job done! EVERYTIME!
I keep seeing reviews about this business being a scam and I just had to say something. I have an extended warranty with them and they have handled my claims correctly. Yes, there is a hold on the line, never more than 15 minutes, yes there is an amount you pay for every claim, no more than $75 in my case. But I have had zero problems with them.
I love Delta Auto Protect. It's like having a cousin that knows stuff about cars and is willing to pay for your repairs. I had a dead battery on my Camaro after I left the lights on. They sent a truck and had it jump-started, so I was able to drive to work again starting the next day.
Don’t know a whole bunch about cars etc, never really had to jump start my car over and over again jus for it to start up, not sure why I have to jump start it over and over to be honest I think it cause to do with something in the engine and with my car over heating sometimes also not really sure tho....But i called a tow truck to come and tow my car to the nearest shop cause my car was actin up and kept staling etc... but not sure so called tow truck to take it to nearest shop to see what all wrong with it. and so with delta auto protect, i only had to pay the minimal deductible , and also thanks to dap , I was so so stressed about all this with my car but felt less stressful then i...
