NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.
Since 2013, Delta Auto Protect has provided affordable extended car warranties throughout the United States. Located in Philadelphia, this company offers 24/7/365 roadside service, transferable service agreements, and Automotive Service Excellence-certified technicians.

i am customer of delta for the last 2 years and made 3 claims over the period , all the claims went well and rep from the Delta Auto Protect took care of the payments the repair shop they as to visit were also expert , recommended for sure
Scam. Not a real company. The have owed my $750 since Nov of 18. Each time I call I receive a different excuse. Check was lost in the mail 3 times. Let straw was I was told to call back in 48 hours and they would have a tracking # for me and when I called back, the person told me the reason I did not receive the check yet was because I did not provide a certified letter cancelling my policy that was notarized. First time I heard that after a dozen or so calls. I realized then that I was being scammed. Buy your warranty from the dealership. Period.
I had them for 6 month and never been late for my monthly premium. Few days a go my car making a sound and took it to chevy service center to see what's going own with it and I gave a call for delta if its okay and they asked me if it shows engine light and I told them no it wasn't. After few hours chevy comapny called me and it need to replace engine piston ring and it will cost $4500 to do so. Then I told them to contact my delta regarding this and they called me back say's "Delta Auto Protection" cancelled my extended warranty due to non pay" it was funny because few hours ago they asked me to send them two years service history and I emailed them. I contact them but they keep ignore... Read More
I signed up with a couple of companies including Delta to get a quote for my second hand Ford F 150. It was a good experience because the price quoted by Delta was affordable and the deals were also simple and worth the money. So, I purchased a Diamond plan for 5 years. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim just two months after buying warranty for cooling system. The process was a bit jerky and some useless diagnosis made it quite messy. But anyway, they authorized the claim and my car was repaired in 3 days. I think its an average company.
Terrible experience with this company, especially the Phila. PA based one. After countless phone calls and broken promises just not worth it to me. Please check with YELP and BBB before committing your money. Go elsewhere and run away fast!
His company is horrid. 15-20 wait times whenever you call They rip you off with stating they pay for OEM parts. They don’t really. They pay for 20% of the cost & short cut labor. They left us holding the bag for $3100 of a covered claim. Don’t buy this completely crappy policy!
This is my fisrt review about any product or service. I thought it will be unjust if I do not write review about a company as good as Delta Auto. I was looking for a company that pay majority of my car bills and help me keep it running for years. Delta is just the right choice.The staff and the services everything is just perfect. It has been almost 3 years and until now its going smooth and without any bumps. The only loophole was the waiting period of 30 days and 1000 miles limit before my warranty actually started. So far just made 3 claims and they went really good.
I found the process of signing up easy but the purchasing process seemed to be long. They process the application in a week and I received the documents after two weeks. One thing that confused me was the starting date. They told me that it will start from 30 days of the date of purchase. And I received the documents after two weeks and I thought just two weeks are left to actually put it into work. But when I called they told me I need to wait for more 30 days and for 1000 miles. This was kinds disappointing. But later on I got satisfied when my claim was approved.
These people will sound all cheery to sell you the warranty. They will claim it covers almost anything. When it comes to paying out a claim you will be left in the cold. They have used every excuse possible claiming they will call you back, payment will be made, etc. After countless calls and emails no payment is made. It is a scam / fraud. Don't expect them to cover your costs or honor the warranty. I regret ever getting involved with this company and buying a warranty. Run!
PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF IT WAS FREE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING WHEN THE TIME COMES.. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND NOT PAY NOTHING.. WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THEY FIGHT WITH YOU ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.. YOU WILL TALK TO 20 DIFFERENT PEOPLE OR IT MIGHT BE THE SAME ONE USING A DIFFERENT VOICE.. THEY WILL SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND PLAY YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID... I HAVE LIKE 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE RECORDED ALL SAYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT..
