Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

My daughters and granddaughter were looking for a medical alert system for me. I insisted that they only consider systems with hands-free fall alert capabilities. After much looking, they decided on the Medical Guardian Premium Guardian plan. While we have only just received the system, thus far all customer service has been outstanding. We even called the sales representative, Mike, back a couple times to ask additional questions and he always answered promptly, answering all questions to our satisfaction. At this time, we are very pleased with this choice.

Received the unit quicker than I anticipated. I activated by phone per instructions. The Customer Service rep was very patient & helpful. The agents were very accomodatng with any questions I had. I like the fact that they do not require a contract and do not have a cancellation fee. The whole process was very pleasant. I would defintely recomend Medical Guardian Alert to others.

I along with my siblings recently purchased the Medical Guardian for my mom. Katie helped me get everything that we needed. She was very patient and willing to explain everything to me, multiple times until I completely understood. We received it very quickly and are in the process of setting it up. Excellent experience!

Recently my mom fell and broke her arm. Luckily I was home when she fell and called an ambulance. However she's home alone during the day, and I decided it was time for an alert system. After reseach several providers, I decided on Medical Guardian. Robin Sargent helped me with my order, answered all my questions and concerns. The unit arrived promptly, and set up was effortless. I feel much better mom can get the help she needs in an emergency if I'm not available. Thank you Medical Guardian!

After a lot of shopping around for a medical alert device my mother and I settled on Medical Guardian. We worked with Katie Lynott and found her to be very kind and easy to work with.

We've had this system for over a year and it has been horrible. We got the fall detection and it didn't register even 1 of Mom's falls but would regularly give false alarms when she was sitting quietly watching t.v. We contacted the company and they sent a new button and we sent the old on back, same problems. We went through this 3 times and then told them to cancel the fall detection and we sent back all of the buttons except one regular button. When they billed for the new year, they billed again for fall detection and we have yet to get them to credit it back.
