We had to upgrade our device to the premium Guardian so that my mother can speak directly in the pendant from wherever she is. The extra monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind. Customer service was knowledgeable and very professional. Exchanging units was easy and stress free. Be sure you research other companies, many of them do not have as many features and they are more costly.
There are many medical alert systems on the market, so I did extensive research before deciding. There is no doubt in my mind that my decision was one of the best I have made in a long while. To a person, they are always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We have set off many false alarms, and they are not angry at all when you tell them over and over that it was an accident. But not that long after we received our devices, my Mom had a genuine emergency, and an ambulance was summoned immediately, without needing to go through the time-consuming process of dialing 911 and providing all of your information. After researching many different home medical alert systems, I choose the Medical Guardian system for my mother. I like that Medical Guardian offers USA based monitoring centers at a competitive price. I also like the Home Guardian base station. The buttons are large, clearly labeled and easy to use and the cellular connection is reliable if the phone line is not working. The last thing I want in an emergency is not to be able to get through to get help or to be confused about which button to push. I have had my Medical Guardian for a few months now. Luckily I never had to use it but the peace of mind of it always being on my wrist is comforting. My husband does not worry now when he is at work. Everything about the Medical Guardian from ordering to set up has been simple. Thank you very much

I was extremely pleased at how easy it was to apply and then get started with your service. I feel real safe with your service because it is good no matter where I am if I need help. Hopefully I will never need your service however I am 75 years old and live by my self therefore you never know.
I love this button. I feel safe with it. I love that the base is small. I like the fact that it has fall detection and I can talk thru the button and not the base. I feel safe if I go outside.

Smooth a n d quick from placing the order to receiving it and your response when I accidentally somehow pushed the button and you responded very quickly.
Since I live alone I now have piece of mind knowing that if I slip and fall I will get the help quickly. I have seen what happens to people who stay on the floor for a day or more, and it is devastating.
