Thank "GOD" I have not had to use the system for an emergency since obtaining the monitoring system!! Ir gives me peace of mind to know that I have a way to contact someone in the event that I need it.

Delivered fast & easy to install. Tested after we hooked it up and it worked exactly as described. During the "test" the operator was pleasant, knew our address and my moms name. Would have given it 5 stars but I'd like to see how things go in an emergency first. Hopefully that won't happen, but if it does, I'm confident it will work well.

Great Customer Service. I have actually never had to use the system (knock on wood)...:) This is not the company's fault... but I am constantly losing cellular connection, so I get the red flashing light (every 2 weeks). I have to move it closer to a window and it's corrects the problem. My luck :) I'd need it when it was flashing red :))) again...knock on wood! I haven't tested it like I should - it just freaks me out to do so and my neighbors in my bldg would be irritated :) as my condition scares them... can say I blame them - it scare me as well !!!

I got the Bay Medical Alarm home system for my father who has fallen a couple of times recently. We tested the system extensively inside and outside of his home. It worked flawlessly! This has given me a peace of mind that was needed to allow my father to continue to have some independence and live in his own home.

My husband has fallen twice since wearing his Bay Alarm button, and neither time was I at home. But I got a reassuring call to let me know he simply needed assistance and not a trip to the ER - whew!! Thank you, Bay Alarm for helping my husband and for the peace of mind that brings me!

Having Bay Alarm is a big help to me and especially my children, none of which is living with me at this point, since I am now 93 and I live alone. It gives my children a sense of comfort that should I fall or have something else go wrong with me while I'm alone, there is a quick and efficient means of getting help to me. It also preserves my sense of independence since I do not have to need someone in the house with me all the time. That overall sense of comfort is vital and allows all of us to sleep peacefully at night knowing that help is just a button click away.
