My Mom and Dad have had the system for several months now and everything has worked just fine. No problems whatsoever.

My 92 year old mother fell a few weeks ago in her bedroom. It was our first experience with her "pushing the button" and everything worked out just as I hoped it would. The Bay Alarm person stayed on the phone with her the whole time, and even though she couldn't ,understand him because of her bad hearing, she knew he was there. He called our house every 2 minutes or less to make sure I was on my way, and was even able to tell my husband she fell in the bedroom. He stayed on her line until I assured him all would be ok. Now that my Mom and I know the button REALLY works, it is better peace of mind for all of us. THANKS BAY ALARM!

My mother has had a Bay Alarm Medical Alert System for several years. Luckily, she's never had to use it, but several times she has accidentally hit the button on her Bay Alarm necklace, and the response has been immediate, polite and reassuring. Recently I accidentally put the necklace in with a load of clothes to be washed. I was sure I had ruined it, but when we tested it, it worked fine. Again, the response from Bay Alert was immediate, polite and it was very reassuring to know help was just a push button away.

My mother fell and broke her hip mid-June of 2015. When she came back from the hospital/convalescense, my siblings and I took turns spending the night with our elderly parents. Aside from my other job, I became an additional part-time caregiver because both of my parents needed help. It was very stressful to even think about leaving them alone just to go out and run a quick errand. My mom wanted more independence and insisted that she would be fine if left alone with dad, but we just could not risk having her suffer another fall. I finally convinced her to give Bay Medical Alarm a trial run. We now feel rest assured that my elderly mom Edee (89 yrs old) & my dad Reggie (94 yrs old with... Read More

Getting my dad whos battling parkinson his necklace has given our family piece of mind. He still goes outside and this way my mom knows that if he should fall and were not w him it will call for help. We did get the kind that automatically calls if he falls and so far he hasnt used it and hope it stays that way but my dad and us feel safer because of his bay alarm necklace.

Bay Medical has been a lifesaver for my mom. She had several falls when she was home alone, and thanks to Bay Medical, she was able to push a button and get the help she needed.

I cannot believe Bay Alarm would put a credit card hold on an elderly woman's account and made her monthly utility payment bounce because you put two (2) holds on her account for 240 dollars. All you had to do is call and the payment would have been made within a few minutes, but instead she had to pay over 75 dollars in fees between her bank and utility companies. This bad business and you lost a customer once this contract is up. Remember all you had to do is call for the payment or offer to pay the fees she incurred!
