The phone staff was always helpful and had no problem helping when any issue came up even when the Alarm button was pressed by accident.

We purchased Bay Life for my 88 year old mom. She has hit the button by mistakes several times but everyone was so understanding when they called to make sure she was ok! You team is wonderful!! Thank you🙏🏼

I am really out in the "woods" running chain saws, tractor etc.. As such, I had a couple of false alarms, (the button was pressed in error) and in each case there was no charge. Those who were to help if help was needed were at my place within a very short time, and that is good to know.

I was asked to call back when I pushed my button and was on the floor. no help I had to crawl to a phone and call 911 myself, my door was broken down even though I purchased a lock box and had keys in it. the worst experience of my life. the service was worthless!!!!!

I have been using Bay Alarm for two years and have been completely pleased with the cost, ease of communication and overall service. Fortunately I have not had an incident that has required an emergency but I know if I do, Bay Alarm will communicat with local 911 and also notify my son.

Bay alarm worked well for us on providing security for my elderly mother. The package deals were reasonable and when we had an issue, the customer service was excellent. I would use them again.

Thank God that I haven't had a medical problem. However, several time the circuit breaker on my wall socket popped and Bay Medical called before I even knew the breaker had tripped. So, I cannot say a bad thing about them. They are truly immediate responders!

I like the security of Bay Alarm Medical for my father. He still lives alone at 86 because he can. It gives me the comfort and security I need knowing that if he falls and I'm not there that he will be taken care of.
