I am recovering from a fall I had in my house. I could not get up I used my bay alarm, and ask them to call my daughter . They had her on the phone in record time. My daughter and her husband was able to get me up and take me to the E R . I had two broke bones in my elbow. Having bay alarm meant I had immediate help. I am so thankful for your help. Nell Scott
My father had a seizure while I was visiting with them last year. My mother has had a stroke and is unable to talk on the phone, so I was very concerned about what could have happened had I not been there.
I purchased a Bay Alarm system with the simple push button emergency notification and informed the Bay Alarm staff that my mother is unable to speak coherently. Last month, my father had another seizure and my mother pushed the button for help. Like clockwork, all of the pieces came together and emergency crews arrived and took care of my father even though my mother was unable actually call for help.
Would I recommend Bay Alarm for your loved ones? Absolutely!

Great service and reliability.
Made this purchase for my Mom. Thankfully we have not needed to use it in an emergency situation. However, it gives our family and Mom peace of mind knowing it works should she need it. We ask Mom to check it periodically and the attendants are efficient and friendly every time.
Installation was very easy.
The cost is very reasonable when compared to other comparable companies.

I researched several companies before selecting Bay Alarm. I noticed Bay received many glowing reviews online, and I was a little skeptical. Those glowing reviews were right on target. Bay Alarm is everything it is advertised to be and more. The phone staff is extremely professional and helpful, almost shockingly so in this era of impersonal communications. The system was very easy to set up. Our mother feels much safer and confident since we connected her to the Bay alert system. It was an excellent investment.

We were looking for a medical alert system for my mom & the reviews for Bay Alarm Medical were great. I spoke with Rachel initially & she was very helpful. I was able to set everything up on-line which was great as I live in a different state then my mom & my brother was able to set up the system with no problems. We couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience.
i ordered this service for my elderly mom and have been quite happy with it. we have had a few false alarms where the alarm was hit by accident and always received a prompt response. when the alarm was hit for a legitimate problem family members were notified and 911 called. the company gives myself and my siblings the confidence that my mom can remain independent and remain in her own home.
