The system gives me, the caregiver, great piece of mind. I am trying to do all I can to care for and support my aging father. This system works well as far as we know. We have had one false alert and all went as it should. I would recommend this to others.
Good response and excellent communication.
Very professional and a real comfort that allows my step mother to stay home. She wouldn't last long in a nursing facility.
I think you should consider providing the means to update information, order devices, etc. via your website for the "Medical Alarm" department as you do for "Security".
Since I have had my medical alert necklace I have been more confident and secure in my home.
It allows me to continue to live an independent and full life.

Just ordered a Bay Alarm medical unit with fall detection for my mother. Very professional answering all of the questions that I had when I initially contacted Bay Alarm. I had reservations about the unit working due to the rural area that it would be used. Mother's unit works through her land line phone. I ordered the unit on Monday, it arrived on Thursday. Was very easy to hook-up, testing very easy.

We got the Bay Alarm system for my 96-year-old mother who fell a few months ago. She is 96 and still lives alone and is very independent. We absolutely love this system though! It gives us, her children, and our mom a sense of security. It was very easy to set up, and is very easy to test. She hasn't fallen again, but I have every confidence that if she does, Bay Alarm will be there for her. She accidentally hit the button last month, and within seconds someone from Bay Alarm was calling out to her from the base. My mother-in-law lives alone and we purchased Bay Medical Alarm for her two years ago. She has had to use the service twice and both times were critical issues. The response was fast and medical personnel were quickly on the scene. Both times she was treated at the hospital and released, but if it weren't for the alarm, who knows what the outcome might have been. She was hesitant to wear the alarm all the time but now sees how important that is.
