We purchase the Bay Alarm system for our Father who is 93 and lives several states away. It gives us great peace of mind to have this in place. He keeps his device close by at all times and that gives him peace of mind since he lives alone. We've tested it in the past and it works great. I highly recommend Bay Alarm .

We have had 2 recent experiences with Bay Alarm.. Back in end of April or May our little girl we watch had got to alarm and pressed button, of course it was answered immediately.. I explained first that my husband was fine and then that the button had been pushed by little girl we babysit.. You were so understanding.. Then on June 11, my husband had fallen in bathroom and was wedged between toliet and shower, we had to press button for help,I was so afraid he broke his hip... Of course call was answered immediately and help was sent.. The young man called our local fire department for and evaluation and pick up...they were here in 10 minutes ..he kept me on phone and asked if we needed... Read More

Best decision I made for my father. They just contacted me because they automatically test the system every10 days and didn't get signal back from his unit. Couldn't figure it out so called tech support. After working through it we found out the DSL filter was bad (not purchased from them) replaced it all is good. Thanks bay for great support. Stephen
