Cancellation Policy

The contract or agreement can be canceled by the customer within 30 days of the effective date, and a full refund will be provided, minus claims paid. The agreement may be canceled after 30 days, and the customer will be entitled to a refund of the unearned pro-rata agreement charge, minus claims paid. The agreement cannot be canceled by Super, except for nonpayment of agreement charges, fraud or material misrepresentation, or cancellation of similar agreements within a jurisdiction. If Super cancels the agreement, the customer may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the paid agreement charge for the remaining term, minus claims paid. Notice of such cancellation will be in writing via email with the reason and effective date of cancellation. If there is a refund of the agreement charge, it will be refunded to the customer’s credit card.
