Super is a subscription-based home repair and maintenance service. The company offers three plans starting at $64 per month. All plans include both appliances and systems. Customers have the option of customizing any plan to cover a wide range of home features, including pools and spas, well pumps, and duplicate appliances. Super is one of the more expensive services out there and its plan pricing and coverage limit structure is among the most complicated we've seen. For example, the price of any plan you choose will increase if you have a larger home because rates are established according to the area of your home. Even a careful reading of the company's sample contract leaves many questions unanswered. But the company doesn't limit the number of claims that you can make and some system coverage may be unlimited, depending on the plan you choose. In addition, by adding the It's Covered option to your plan, some appliance and system parts that other home warranty companies exclude are included.

Super offers three home warranty packages: the Security, Signature and Lux plans. The more you are willing to pay for a plan, the more appliances and systems are covered. Super helps and encourages customers to perform routine maintenance on their homes. Once you are an established customer, Super will send you updates when normal maintenance tasks should be performed throughout your home. Subscribers have the option of engaging one of Super's contractors to perform the work, with deductibles ranging from $75 to $149. Super also protects against unknown pre-existing conditions, which are often excluded from most home warranty contracts.

The minimum annual premium with Super is $449 annually. That price applies to homes under 1200 square feet in area and located in Arizona. Premiums for larger homes are higher, as they are for homes located in more expensive parts of the country. Other contract features are on par with competitive home warranties. You are not required to sign up for a full year of coverage, but if you sign an annual contract, you'll receive a discount off the monthly price. Super coverage for existing homes that are not on the market begins 15 days after you make your first payment. That's a somewhat shorter waiting period than some competitive plans offer. Super has a pretty standard cancellation clause. You can cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund, minus the cost of any repairs the company performed during the covered period. However, the company also charges a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Agreement can be cancelled by you within thirty (30) days of the Plan Effective Date, and a full refund will be made. You may cancel this Agreement more than thirty (30) days after the Agreement effective date, and you shall be entitled to refund of the pro-rata Agreement charge less claims paid, any unpaid service fees, and a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation of this plan must be in writing.

Super makes it easy to submit claims by offering online, mobile, email, and telephone contact methods. Customers can submit an unlimited number of claims during a covered period, however the company places a cap on the dollar value of claims you can submit in a year. Coverage limits increase as you step up to Super's more expensive plans. Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for more than $30,000 in repairs, no matter which plan or upgrades you choose.

We put a claim in for our HVAC system two weeks ago and we have yet to have a technician sent to our home. Now our ceiling is leaking and when we called again to let them know the situation was escalating, they said it would be 2-3 more DAYS until someone could come out. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible customer service. They say they cover a lot of things from their brochure. However in reality once the technician was sent, they say this isn't covered/doesn't apply and you need to pay additional service+equipment cost. BTW, even the appoints takes forever. They says, they have plenty of providers to cover our area without delays. Totally False promises.

We are in the East Valley of Phoenix day 6 without any AC and record breaking temps over 115 for 6 days in a row. Super states they are still waiting on the part confirmation. This is an R-22 system with a compressor that is no longer being made. They somehow say they can still get it. 6 days later and still nothing. The supervisor responsible is out of the office and we are told we have to wait and they do not know when he will be back in. The house with 3 portable AC units running is still at 95 degrees inside. I am in shock that a company with such policies is still in business.

Hello, I am writing to provide feedback on my horrible experience with SUPER from Midlothian TexAS!!!We have been trying for 10 days now to resolve an issue with horrible customer service and no resolution in sight... most recient communication with my husband stated it could be up to 3 more weeks before they fix our A/C with temps of 100 degrees. We have our personal home and 3 additional rental homes covered under your warranty plan for several years. We live in Midlothian, TX, which when purchasing the warranty originally, we were assured that you had plenty of providers to cover our area without delays... this has not been the case but we have been patient with HelloSuper. Just the worst. Despite my appliance clearly being under warranty according to their contract, they washed over all of that and said it wasn't. Nothing I can do about it unless they expect me to take them to civil claims court. And they called my bluff, for now. It also took them 17 days to get back to me about my claim. Even if you are lucky enough to get something covered by them, ask yourself if you're ok going 17 days for a response, plus however long it takes for them to actually fix it. The ethical dilemma here is overwhelming.

I too am a realtor and never would I suggest to any of my clients to EVER go with this company. Typically the sales reps always assure the realtors that they are here to help our clients in the event there is a problem. I will tell you right now that the North Dallas rep is worthless. I cannot tell you how much money and time has been wasted on overhead at Hello Super and the number of times the contractor comes out when it would have been much more cost effective to replace the appliance. The company is always pointing fingers and they never problem solve. The stall tactics, lack of communication and transparency is under whelming. I encourage any future buyer to seriously look... Worst Home Warranty company ever! We have been a customer for 5 months and every claim has been a hassle. Many many phone calls to get the service scheduled, followed by even more phone calls because the technician wasn't competent and all this made each claim be weeks and in once case, months (still unresolved). I have called, emailed and even commented on their Facebook page to try and get their attention to our issues and still haven't hear from anyone. In fact, they deleted my comment on Facebook by blocking me. I still have two open claims and am waiting, and waiting, and waiting. What a waste of money and time. Shame on them.

Nothing but horrible experiences with Super and I'm a realtor! They have dropped the ball on our claims, take hours to get anyone to respond and constantly over charge us. This company is a nightmare! Do not use and do not suggest to any of your clients! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
