ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

Wish I had read the reviews 😕 Off to a bad start opened my on-line account .my service address is wrong & my service fee/deductible is $125 instead of the $75 that was advertised & confirmed by the sales agent. Hope they fix it. So much for Google 's op 10

They sent a plumber who was not qualified. Five days without hot water, Got approved to call my own plumber up to $350.00. Spent $170.00. Ninety days later I am still looking for my reimbursement If zero stars was available I would have check that terrible is not a strong enough word to describe their service

Well, I’m not happy at all I put in my request for a repair on 10/11/21, Monday to date 10/17, Sunday there is still no action for a Tech it says on the Contract within 48 hrs. I should or I should get an email into who is the Co. tech would be. On the other hand my other home it’s only a mile from this house I got me a HOME WARRANTY from AMERICAN HOME SHIELD within 48 hrs I got an email from a Co. tech I called them made an appt. it was fixed after couple days. What also I don’t get it is I called on Friday the 15th this Call ctr agent said there is also an option thru video call I’ll pay $60. copay and a Tech will go through diagnosis! Awful decision to purchase this plan. I should have researched further. I do not know how to obtain service - clumsy requirement to request or obtain service. High pressure to sale higher cost plan on initial contact. I should have hung up. Another Senior Citizen making an Awful decision!!! I should have read the reviews!!!!! Contacting BBB to tell them that a “B” is TOO high!!!!

I submitted a claim on 3 Jun 2021. The company did not assign a repairman until I called on 7 Jun. The repair could not be completed and a buyout was authorized on 12 Jul 2021 after several calls to the company. On 13 Jul, I was told that checks may take 30 days. On 17 Aug, the company informed me I would have to wait until 17 Sep for the settlement check. On 20 Sep I was told the checks were only issued on Fri in a batch of checks when funds were available, but the check should be issued by 24 Sep or at the latest by 1 Oct. TOTAL SCAM. They claim they cover things but have so many backdoor clauses to keep them from paying out more than what the average person watching a YouTube tutorial cam do themselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY!!!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
