Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Hi, Im select home warranty recipient I had an issue with my washing machine I call they did schedule an appointment for repair the issue was fixed thank you service regards

Very poor service .still waiting 2 months for washer repair. Have a electric repair now said they reimburse the part for me a main breaker, and I can install myself even though not licensed electrician. Says I have to pay labor on top of a trip charge for replacing any parts needed on a repair. The sales staff may be nice but they are not telling you the whole story only what you want to hear. There main concern is a sale kind of like a car salesman

This was my first call with Select Home Warrant company. I was told it'd be up to 48 hours before I hear from a technician, which honestly on a week day, I don't love. I did feel heard and understood by the phone rep, though so that's a great start. Let's hope everything moves smoothly once I hear from a tech!

The Customer service representative for Select Home Warranty was pleasant and so very helpful. She asked me a few pertinent questions and quickly supplied my Claim Number and assured me that someone would be in touch with me concerning my roof within 48 hours. I was very pleased and will recommend Select Home Warranty to my family and friends!

The associate's name was Alice. She was patient with me as I searched for some of the required info she was asking for...like serial number and model number (not always within eye shot). This is the second tie in 3 years that I reached out to SHW for service on an appliance. Both times, the associate was easy to work with and nonjudgemental of the claim I was making. Now if the claim is handled promptly, I'll be glad to let other customers know.

My old company home warranty company American home shield took a hour to answer the call only find i no policy with them any more and the company did the bare minimal to get out door unit fix after a rat got in. last after policy expired I decided not to renew and started looking at other Home warranty company and Select Home Warranty one of the best policy's and best price for 5 year of coverage allowed me to splat payments five years and vet discount on top Also after out there one I did join by calling sales to find if an account with them which I did then a person to set up a service in less then 5min wait got called and company wed morning they would been out tomorrow but 2...
