In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Everytime we call their customer service is really helpful. The turn around time for our service techs are prompt and all their contractors are polite and kind. They leave the job complete and we are very satisfied.

Select home warrenty is prompt in helping you but it’s difficult to get them to actual approve a claim. They have a system set up that makes you want to give up on a claim. They are very friendly and the support team is very knowledgeable and polite.

Your company is very bad. I initiated a claim on November 1, 2019. Here it November 15, 2019 only after going back and forth for three weeks about my plumbing issue. Only for you/your company tell me you’re denying my claim because my issue was not normal wear and tear. And I have to find my own to Technician for my issue. That’s not true. I pay you all for a service, it’s not my responsibility to find my own tech. That’s your job. I only pay my $45 service fee and you’re suppose to pay the repair cost. I went as far as to supply the name of a company and their number. But in your fine print it says it covers accidents and normal wear and tear. However, I fixed my own problem and it only... Your company is a joke I purchased three years of warranties on four homes and every claim is either not covered or a small refund amount applies to the actual cost of me finding my own vendor to make repairs or replacements at my cost. Your process in finding reputable vendors is no better than any other home warranty company but I was assured when buying your warranties Select Home Warranty was better than any warranty company out there when it came to having reputable vendors that isn't true. I demand to be reimbursed for the balance on my warranties give me my hard earned money back and my policies do not expire until july/august of 2021! I spoke to your customer service department...
