Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

had to call to make sure the billing date was correct, got it changed no problem, also caught a mistake on the fee for service call, all taken care of. so far so good!

I have been getting the run around for 4 days. This company needs to be shut down. let's see if they reimburse my money after I had to find my own company to do the repairs. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to stiff me out of my money that way too. I will give an update.

This was my first claim on my policy. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional, and very helpful. He quickly took the necessary information regarding the appliance problem I was calling about and immediately submitted my claim, assuring me that I would be hearing -- via e-mail -- from the appropriate local contractor in 24 to 48 hours. I was quite pleased with his handling of the situation.

Phone agent was very kind and sympathetic. He was apologetic my drain was still acting up and promised a solution by Monday since it was the weekend.
