Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

You can always count on Choice Home Warranty.They are very quick in assigning technicians for any kind of repair.They are also very good in their communication about the arrangements they have made for the repair.You can get almost everything on line without making a single call.Their on line response is faster than if you had called over phone.Great indeed.
Bruno was very knowledgeable and efficient. He has to return with a part when it arrives at his place of business.
So Far contact and claim submission with next day repair schedule has been excellent

Called in 28 January 2022 about commodes leaking and it took 10 days to get plumber out here. The plumber did text me on/ about 3 February 2022 and changed appointment to 7 February 2022 never did hear from phone calls put in. Work was completed on 7 February 2022 but 10 days to us is a little too long.
Service great just disappointed of the allotment on replacement cost only gave me 30% on new model never saw the fine print replacement cost is prorated
This technician went above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed correctly. I had submitted a claim for this same issue two months ago but the technician at that time installed the wrong part which broke last week. Choice, because of their strict policies, refused to pay for a new part. This technician wanted to do the right thing to make sure it was fixed correctly and he paid for the part himself. I understand the rules and policies in place for your company but your decision to let my shower go unfixed because of an incompetent technician, has left a negative review in my mind and I will not be renewing my policy with Choice. We just recently selected Choice Home Warranty to take care of problems with our appliances, plumbing, electrical system, A/C, and our pool equipment. This is the first time we have used this type of service and we reviewed several of the highest rated companies. We feel that Choice was the right choice for us. The representatives we talked to were very courteous and explained how their program worked. They also answered all of our questions. The program we selected covers everything we wanted and the price was very reasonable.
We have not had an occasion to to use their service yet, but believe they will do a great job when we need them.
