Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I just signed up with Choice warranty so I’m only rating the very nice customer service that helped me with questions I had before I signed up. I hope being with Choice Warranty will be a much better experience than my last warranty company.
The customer service was very good. The process to join was quick and easy. My contract does not begin until next month so at this time I cannot rate service. Explanation of services that will be provided in the event that I need is a wide range of services. The cost was a little higher than the former service I had but I had that service for many years and the company decided to no longer continue without notification to their long standing customers so I do understand the increase in price.
We where assigned a gentleman within 24 hours, after filling a claim. The window was 11am - 3pm for that day. I had to call him at 3:15pm and he called me back around 4:15. He finally came around 5pm.
So I was satisfied and disappointed at the same time.
The technician was very timely and addressed our problem with our washer. He told us not to worry, and that he would return on the 19th. to complete the repair after the part comes in.
He was very prompt, professional and courteous. Very glad I picked Choice Home Warranty.
Nichols Plumbing was great! Ric was so nice and answered all of my questions and my new tank looks beautiful! He is a professional and did his job in a timely manner which is great when you have no hot water in the winter! I highly recommend him !
