Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Really appreciated the quick response and turnaround.
The only thing that held me back from giving this a 5-star rating is the non-explain of the additional charge besides the $85-dollar service charge. All they have to say was it was some kind of deductible or co-pay, and I would've understood. But instead, they just gave me all kinds of long reasons that did not make sense, but don't have time to rebut.
Otherwise, like I said, overall mighty fine job. Well done CHW
Talking too fast but very nice and helpful. Got me a few discounts and was fast. Did not however let me know when my second payment is being taken out of my bank and I had to call them back to find out.

I was rescheduled three tomes because there was misconnection between the contractor and Home Choice. Home. Home choice did not cover my claim on my garage door after I waited over a week to get door fixed. I was not happy with your company with the results of this claim. The service tech did a great job though.
Angel AC Is the best service provider for AC and heating systems as well as appliances. Rodys is absolutely our favorite technician. He is dependable, trustworthy, Knowledgeable, and he’s just a nice guy. Because of Rodys, we will always call on Angel AC for repairs that are not covered under our Choice Warranty contract. We are thankful to Choice Warranty for referring angel AC to us, and we couldn’t be happier with The great service we have always gotten from Choice Warranty and Angel AC.
On 06/17/2022 I visited the website of CHW to renew my home policy which expired on 04/22/2022. Instantly, a member of the sales team of CHW called me, gave me a favorable rate with an extra month and finalized the transaction on the phone. This is an excellent service indeed.

Choice gave the repair company the wrong number to reach me. Confirmed it was choice and not the repair company
My Ceiling fan quit working for me. I submitted a work order on line with Choice Home Warranty. In a few days, a service team arrived and installed a new ceiling fan for me. The whole process was so easy and and convenient. I will be recommending Choice Home Warranty to all my friends and family. Service was well worth the 85.00 service fee I was charged per my contract.
Juan from NV Handyman LLC is amazing and his partner, Cecelia is also very competent and professional. They are on time, return phone calls and are very knowledgeable about appliances and air conditioning. They are hardworking and a pleasure to work with.
