Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Adkinson Mechanical, LLC was excellent in repairing our A/C unit. Thank you for selecting them.
This time Choice Home Insurance provided pretty good service. Appointment was scheduled the same day. Technician came in 2 days at promised time.
Even though, I had to wait a couple of days for service due to the weekend. Choice responded quickly to my issues. EMS services was able to reschedule my appointment to a sooner appointment, which my animals are very thankful. EMS services tech Wayne was polite and professional - he call ahead to let me know he was on his way and a eta., he was through in figuring out the the issue with the AC unit! Thanks again!
The person that helped me didn’t give me his name. He was in such a rush to get me to sign up. He wanted me to pay for the full year up front and when I declined he was very sarcastic and snarky. Total salesman! As soon as he got my credit card number he rushed me off the phone. I called back to get my policy number and again he didn’t give me his name. I should’ve asked for his name but I was so annoyed by his salesman tactic and how rude he was after getting the sale. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the year upfront, because if this is the type pf service I’ll get, I will cancel. I hope my future customer service will be better
I only pick one star I invested to much money for them to give me a runaround about 500 dollars for a washer so it look like a rip off
Great service from CHW. I would recommend to my friends and relatives. The service schedule is simple and easy.
Choice Home Warranty never covers anything, they find ways around to not even help. I was never reached back from my last call, had an AC guy come, payed him $65 and never heard back from him. I will not recommend your business or service.
This technician was so good I only asked for him from now on. Extremely professional, complete honesty, someone you can trust. And technically knowledgeable of his craft.
It took a little while for someone to contact me regarding coming to fix my garbage disposal. Choice home warranty sent me an email stating the time that they would be here and they didn’t show and then they sent me another one the next day and they didn’t show. When calling the plumber assigned, I was told that choice home warranty was setting these appointments without consulting them as to their availability. But I did finally get the disposal fixed.
I have had terrible experience with your company. On two separate occasions I requested service and no technician showed up. The first was 90 plus degrees and you gave me an appointment four days later . Of course I got my own technician . Secondly I requested service for my pool and again no service . At this point I want to cancel my service.
