Their plans offer comprehensive protection against the high cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via two different plans. Each plan also features additional coverage for Septic Systems, Pool / Spa, Well Pump, Sump Pump, Central Vacuum, Limited Roof Leak, Second Refrigerator, and Standalone Freezers.

Another great experience with Choice. Our garbage disposal went out on Saturday. I submitted a claim online that evening and received a confirmation Sunday morning with the plumber information. The plumber called me early Monday morning and showed up on time to replace the unit. Choice knows the definition of "customer experience".
Other than the long wait time getting an operator....The service was fast. Less than 3 hours to do a repair on a Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited 22 minutes on hold and used the website in-less than 5. I m very happy with the Choice H.W. and their choice of repair people.
My claim was handled promptly, a plumber was assigned within 24 hours, and repair was completed within 36 hours. Excellent service!
I was very pleased with the ease of filing the claim and how fast the response from the vender was to get the heater working!
Service technician was assigned almost immediately. The technician arrived within the time schedules. However the technician has to order a part and has to return on Tuesday to finalize the repair.
I Had an appliance to fail during the holidays. Bad time. I had to wait for businesses to start work again. Once the process started after the break, things moved smoothly. A part was ordered and installed in 2 days. The repairman couldn't have been nicer. DeRouselle
Quick, efficient service. Identified the problem and corrected it on the spot. Service person was pleasant. Appreciated quick response. However the first service company was unable to give me an appointment day or time and ultimately called a day later to schedule an appointment four days later. I contacted Choice that that was unsatisfactory and the agent put me in touch with new service provider of whom I was extremely pleased.
I have required the services of Choice Home Warranty 3 times since signing up for your service approx. one year ago. My microwave went out after 10 years and I used the opportunity to check out your service. I called the office , a technician came out within hours. He said the microwave would have to be replaced and I was to wait for a call from Choice. Choice called to tell me a check would be forthcoming. Secondly I felt my oven wasn't heating properly. I followed the same steps as above and not one but two technicians came out and gave my oven a complete check. They couldn't find anything wrong and that was it. when we first got Choice Home Warranty we was pleased but the last three claims they done nothing I had an element went out in my stove , washer wouldn't spin & last the thing I need a plummer I paid for the part for my stove & paid the man to put it in they told me to find someone & they would reimburse me same thing on the plummer I did again fax them the bill told me that what I had done was not covered so why pay Choice Home Warrenty a monthly payment I am disappointed
