Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Quickly handled by Choice. Repairman was delayed but fixed as soon as they got here
Frig went out again with the door water not dispensing, took about a week to have someone come out and fix it, water line froze up. Service man was very polite knew what the problem was and fixed it quick.
Choice Home Warranty receives the Highest ratings on multiple Internet review sites. The various Discounts that are available are definitely a plus, especially the multiple-year offers. The Service Fee is low, compared to other Home Warranty companies.
I received a very prompt, professional response to my recent repair claim regarding my home's air conditioning system. The assigned contractor has also been responsive and helpful during the repair process. However, my negative issue with this particular claim is the refusal of Choice Home Warranty to cover the potentially costly repair cost for my air conditioning system. The system's evaporator coil has developed a leak, which requires a replacement of the coil, which is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. From start to finish, the communication and service was outstanding. Explained the problem and what was going to be done to fix it. Also gave some preventive maintenance tips. If I need appliance service in the future, they will be my first choice. Thank you Stacy & Clint. Keep up the good work.

So, far I just signed up on my phone. No hassles. I just got this email but nothing was sent to me in this email giving me all the phone numbers for claims or id# to give as a customer if I have to use the coverage.
Contractor was great!
Choice warranty not good at all. When I up dated my policy I was told by sales person it was same contract and would not provide new contract for me to . When ac went out, i found out they switch to max pay out of 3k. That left me w a $4000 plus bill. When asked about in claim window. They told me what part of contract and then sieved the conversation and closed, so could not ask questions! Rude! Disappointed in CW sale tactics. I have 3 accounts with them really disappointed with them not keeping same contract agreement.

False advertisement from sales representative when I purchased my plan. I was told if Choice decides to replace an appliance such as a dishwasher that full replacement value is covered. I can’t even buy the handle to the dishwasher with the amount of money that they gave me to replace it. I have paid over 3,000.00 into my plan!! Waste of money! I will be canceling my plan and going with an honest company. The manager that helped me was very dishonest and rude.
