Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Hard to paid I was payed every month for about 3 and when I call having problems with my dryer they say it was old problem and refuse to fix
Had another company previously that always made up a reason not to pay the claim. In most part this company stands by there word. I have 3 properties under warranty with them and have been pleased with the results I have had.
The initial technician that Choice Warranty sent could not locate the Sub Zero part for my refrigerator. Choice Home Warranty stood behind their service and is reimbursing me for the total cost the Sub Zero technician that I called who had the part so that I could have my refrigerator working again.
Signed up for a 5 year plan. Called them with a plumbing and air conditioning problem. Ended up putting in all new plumbing not covered. Air Conditioner had to pay for cleaning. Still did not work. Called them 4 times that my air conditioner was not working. The technician told them that it needed to be replaced they would not cover the replacement said I had not taken care of it even though I had it serviced last year. Many times on the phone with them and then they finally told me it was to old to replace. Told the Technician that they could remove the new AC unit and leaving me with nothing. Then my water heater went out. Oh they don't cover the replacement for that either.... Read More
Took a while to get a repairman to my home due to the timing of the claim being called in right before a weekend.....butthe service of the CHW staff was very helpful and professional. Once the repairman arrived on Monday, the service was efficient and parts obtained and repairs made all in same afternoon!
Once again, Choice Home Warranty has provided excellent service and proved they are a company I can count on to help me alleviate problems quickly and efficiently when they arise. Their automated phone system is easy to use and their claims professionals are courteous, efficient, and always very helpful. I was assigned a technician within minutes and the company called me within an hour to scheduled a convenient time for a plumber to come to my home. Unlike two previous home warranty companies, I have never gotten the runaround from Choice and have never had a problem with any of the service companies they use. The folks at CHW service department were great. I was with American home shield for 13 years and only used them 3 times, in that time I had to spend hours on the phone to get service call answered. I just had my central air stop working over the weekend, called CHW service, they answered within 3 to 4 minutes on hold compared to 2 hours with other company. They took info and dispatched me a service number, and before I could hang up the phone had an e-mail telling me all pertinent info about device people coming out as well as there phone#. Reference my first experience with BME Services, I was not pleased at all. The individual did not complete the job and I did complain to Choice Service Department. They sent another company (DVC Plumbing) out and I was very satisfied and pleased with Mr. Cole professional attitude. The job was completed within a 2 hour window. It took over a week to resolve my plumbing issues. Thank you!!
this, company sucks imy garbage disposal was not working i open a claim ,,technician.. came to my house dignose the problem ,, he told me you need to replace garbage disposal,, after 2 hrs i got call from choice telling me we wont able to fix your garbage disposal,,,,,so please everyone dont waste your money,,
